i carried myself home, not wanting to look back, terrified of their eyes locked onto me.

my side burned, as i took each step. i probably was gonna have a nasty bruse from corpse kicking the absolute shit out of me.

i retraced my steps, praying i didn't get lost.

eventually i was filled with relief, becoming familiar of my surroundings. i made my way to techno's, hoping niki was awake.

techno's eyes locked onto me as i walked through the door. i took my armor off, making my way into the basement where techno stored him armor and weapons.

i placed my armor on an empty armor stand, throwing my sword on the floor nearby out of defeat.

i walked back upstairs, techno's eyes locking onto me once again. "where the hell have you been?"  he breaks the silence in the room.

my eyes were locked onto niki, who lied in a different position than last time i saw her, signaling she had awaken while i was gone.

how long was i gone for..?

"exploring." i state, sitting on the floor near the couch in which niki lied on.

techno sits silently at his desk, seeming to only be staring out the window.

it felt like an eternity we sat in silence. my eyes made their way around the room, inspecting certain items.

the door creaked open, scaring the shit out of me. "hey" ranboo says, walking into the room.

"hi" i welcomed him in. he joined me on the floor. just like a few nights ago.

once again silence engulfed the room, ranboo soon breaking it. "i sent wilbur a letter"

my eyes dart to him, as the remark was surprising. "you what?"

"y'know how we like, started off on the wrong foot. i just said i hope we can move past that and like.. be friendly." he gives a weak smile, as i sit unsure how to reply.

i glance over to techno, who sat with his head resting in his arms which lied on his desk. i wouldn't doubt he was asleep, as it seemed he was awake late the past few nights.

i felt my eyes become heavy as it was beginning to be late. i assume ranboo noticed so, as he nudged himself closer to me, motioning for me to rest on his shoulder.

the next morning was peaceful, snow slowly fell outside as niki, techno and ranboo quietly spoke. i sat quietly, as i had only woken up a few minutes ago.

i had been cooped up at techno's for awhile now, i always found myself coming back because of niki. i don't think i've stepped foot in l'manburg in awhile.

"i'm gonna head to l'manburg" i announce, standing up from off of the floor. i take my coat off of the coat rack, since i assumed it would be colder 'cause of the snow falling.

"alright" techno simply states, sitting at his desk once again. "bye ivy!" niki says cheerfully, making me smile.

"bye, i'll probably be back later"

i make my way about halfway to the portal, as the height of the snow was difficult to tread through.

i screamed, as i felt myself get grabbed. i was shoved down into the snow, thankfully somewhat cushioning my fall. "techno!" i screamed, hoping somebody would hear.

corpse stood over me. the exact way hannah stood over me, foot on chest and bow aimed straight at me.

"quit screaming or i'll make this process faster" corpse states, staring down at me.

they followed me here. they waited for somebody to leave. did they want me? did they want me dead?

i accepted my defeat, i was unarmed. i had no chance. he was in full netherite, bow in hand and sword stashed.

suddenly corpse was off of me, tackled by someone. his bow fired, yet hit the snow nearby.

"grab her!"

i was pulled up, arms wrapped around me and a cold object placed to my neck.

puffy pinned corpse down, her netherite armor shined through the blur of snow falling.

everything was happening too fast, everything was a blur.

"im sorry" wisp whispered, as he held me with his sword to my neck.

"one more fucking move and you're dead!" puffy screamed at corpse.

"do it" i mumbled to wisp, who just watched puffy and corpse. "shut up" he slurred, pulling me back a bit.

"let her go!" puffy turned and yelled at wisp, while holding corpse down. "don't fucking let go wisp-"

wisps grip dissapeared, as his sword fell to my feet and i felt his body fall onto me. i shoved him back, as he fell to the floor.

techno stood behind me, bow in hand. he just shot wisp.

he ran past me, towards puffy. i had no clue what happened to corpse, as my brain couldn't process anything and the snow fell, only making the scene blurry.

i just stood there helplessly, processing the scene.

"are you fucking stupid ivy!?"

i felt my shirt get pulled, as techno pulled me close to him, lifting me up. "you're leading the fucking enemys to us! what we're you thinking! you're just fucking dead weight-"

"techno let her go" puffy states, as she steps closer. he does so, as i loose my footing and fall to my knees.

techno walks away, and another voice cuts in. "hey- ivy" ranboo says, a hand placed on my back.
