Second year at Hogwarts brought me my first friend. Ginny. She was Ron's sister but I liked that she had similar feelings as I did. She was kind and she got me to smile with her warm personality. I showed her all around Hogwarts and I also suspect she may have a crush on my brother. Not that I minded. I just liked having a friend to talk to and I think she liked having a girl to talk to as well. It didn't take her long to find out my secret and I have never seen a small body fill with that much rage. I finally was able to calm her down and swear her into secrecy. I told her that Harry was never to know about the secret and we argued a little but she finally agreed to stay silent until I was ready.

Professor Snape was also keeping a keen eye on me as well, due to the nightmare at the start of term. But the nightmares seem to get better over time. It's just the first month I've noticed. I continued with potion lessons which was more of me experimenting rather than learning.

I also learned that Professor Snape and my mum were friends as children. He told me about it during a lesson and saw the locket I always wear since last year's Christmas. It was the locket he gave my mum. It was charmed and he showed me how to unlock it and inside was a picture of my Mum and me as a babe. Looking at the photo it was the first time I felt true joy and love from a parent.

Towards the end of term, it was becoming scary and school was about to be canceled early. Also, I noticed a change in Ginny's behavior. I tried talking to Harry about it but as usual he didn't listen to me. When Ginny went missing, he didn't hesitate to become a hero and go rescue her. Which once again put him in danger and I was furious with him. Now we are once again on our way home to the Dursleys and I haven't said a word to him.

Back again. Another summer in hell. Back in that room again. I shake my head staring at the wall lost in thought.

"Marge is coming this week." Harry says at my doorway

"Not Marge." I groan

"I was warned to be on our best behavior." Harry taunts and I sigh

Marge is Vernon's sister and she always is quick to insult us and tell us how pathetic we are and what a saint her brother is for welcoming us into his home. She always gets under Harry's skin and it always ends poorly for me.

One the night of her visit Harry and I prepare dinner for the family and listen to her scratchy voice complain about everything.

During dinner the conversation turn onto me and Harry. Marge starts to throw insult towards our parents and I can feel Harry become tense and I knew his temper was rising. Marge kept talking and Harry's anger got stronger. Marge said something about our father and Harry blew up at her.

"Shut up! Just shut up about him!" Harry shouts

Marge was about to retaliate when she began swelling up like a balloon.

I immediately back into a corner for protection.

As Marge floats out the back door, Harry runs upstairs.

Uncle Vernon barrows back inside and turns on Harry.

"Bring her back!" Vernon shouts

Harry pushes past him with his trunk packed

"No! She deserved it!" Harry says

My eyes widen as I watch Harry walk out the door.

I start to try and follow but Vernon's tight grip stops me.

"Where do you think you're going?" he asks me darkly

I keep my head down and let the tears fall
