When we get to Hogwarts, we can immediately tell things were going to be slightly different. During Dumbledore's welcome back speech, we find out that we are hosting the tri-wizard tournament. Almost everyone began cheering and started getting excited.

"SILENCE!" Dumbledore shouts and everyone settles in their seats.

"Please welcome the lovely ladies of the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and their headmistress Madam Maxime." The door opening and the most beautiful girls walk through with a very tall and serious woman.

"Now our friends from the north, please greet the proud sons of Durmstrang and their high master, Igor Karkaroff." Dumbledore introduces

In walks the most tough and serious group of boys.

"It's him... it's Viktor Krum." Ron was star-struck by his idol

After dinner Dumbledore addresses us as a group once more.

"Eternal glory, that is what awaits the student who wins the Triwizard Tournament. But that student must survive three extremely difficult and dangerous tasks. For this reason, the Ministry has seen fit to impose a new rule. To explain all of this more in detail we have the head of the Department of International Magical Cooperation Mr. Bartemius Crouch." Dumbledore states seriously and as Mr. Crouch approaches the podium the ceiling starts to storm. A new mysterious man enters and casts a spell at the storm and it clears away.

"Whoa that's mad eye moody." Ron says as the man enters

"Alastor Moody? The Auror?" Hermione asks

"Auror?" Harry and I ask

"Dark-wizard catcher. Half the cells in Azkaban are filled thanks to him." Ron explains

After moody settles into the room, Mr. Crouch steps up to start his speech.

"After due consideration the Ministry has concluded that, for their own safety no one under the age of 17 shall be allowed to put forth their name for the Triwizard Tournament. This decision is final." Mr. Crouch concludes

"That's rubbish!" Fred and George begin shouting at the news

Dumbledore silences the room and reveals the Goblet of Fire.

Staring into the blue flames I can't help but shutter.

"Miss. Potter" Snape acknowledges as I walk into the classroom.

"Morning professor Snape." I say getting settle into my usual seat

The room is soon filled with students and I focus on the lesson in front of me.

"See me after class." Snape says passing by

I nod and continue my work.

"Professor?" I ask when the room is empty

"Here just in case you need it, I hope you don't." He says handing me a jar

I take the jar and frown.

"Thank you." I whisper knowing it's a salve for my back

"Remember I'm still here when you're ready or whomever you trust to talk to. Just as long as you talk about it someday." He says seriously

"Thank you, sir," I reply

"Off you go Miss. Potter." he dismisses me

The next few days go by in a blur. I spent my free time with Ginny and Hermione. We would sometimes watch to see who was putting their names in the Goblet of Fire.
