"Hey...uh...Alec? Can I talk to you?" My heart was already beating out of my chest, but it started beating quicker and harder when he shot me a glare that could pierce through stone. "What? Make it quick."
"That day on the phone when that happened...wasn't true. He was mad at me because I was 'flirting' with him. In reality, I was just picking on him. You walked in at the wrong time, and y'all never talked it through. Please. This is all my fault. He has been in there sulking for three days now. He was crying in his sleep last night and saying,' I love you. Come back.'"
When I got done talking, he hugged me and whispered,"Thanks for explaining."
Alec's Pov
He was trying to tell me the truth, but I'm so hard headed. Agh! Hopefully, everything can go back to like it was.
