Chapter 12: Malls and Confessions

They continued walking for minutes and they finally arrived at their destination. They were also holding hands as they walked. It was a mall as big as U.A. There was also a fountain in the form of All Might. They went inside and saw dozens of stores around them. One of them was a bookstore.

"Whoa......" Yoshito said, his childlike attitude coming out, much to Momo's amusement.

"So what do you wanna see first?" Momo asked.

Yoshito looked around to see what would grab his interest. He saw a bookstore.

"Ooh, let's check out the bookstore!" he said.

Momo took him inside and he followed. Momo found a book for herself explaining certain materials.

"This should help me with my creations," Momo said smiling.

Yoshito found himself some comic books on heroes with a quirk similar to his. He learned to create super moves by observing these heroes and coming up with his own renditions. He started going around and finding dozens of comics like a little kid making Momo giggle.

'He's so cute when he acts like this,' she thought to herself, 'Could I..... be falling for Yoshito?'

After visiting the bookstore, Momo found an asian restaurant and brought Yoshito to it. It looked really nice, and there were also photos of pro heroes. Once they found a nice spot, Yoshito held out a seat for Momo and she sat down.

"Such a gentleman," she said smiling.

"Well I did live with my aunt for years," Yoshito said with a smile, "She taught me everything about treating a lady right."

They sat down and got settled. Momo could only stare happily at Yoshito as she was enjoying every minute with him. She was enjoying their first date. As they were chatting it up, a waitress noticed Yoshito and immediately walked up to them. She was a woman in her early 30s.

"Yoshito?" she asked.

"Hey, Aunt Rina!" Yoshito said, giving her a hug.

"What are you doing out here?" she asked.

"Just enjoying myself, and I had no idea you worked here!" Yoshito said, "Momo, this is Aunt Rina."

Momo shook her hand and smiled.

"Let me just say, your nephew is a very caring person," she told her.

"Oh I'm not his real aunt, just a surrogate," Rina said, "But I can't say it enough. I am so sorry about what happened with your parents."

"Its ok, thanks Auntie," Yoshito told him.

"So what will it be?" Rina asked.

"Hmm," Yoshito said looking at the menu, "A bowl of noodles with red sauce and sausage."

"Coming right up," Rina said, "And for you ma'am?"

"I'll take the steak bowl as usual," Momo said.

"You got it," Rina said, "It'll be ready in a few minutes!"

Yoshito looked to Momo.

"I didn't know you liked this kind of food," Yoshito said, "You have great taste."

"Yea its really nice," Momo said, "The food here is to die for. So while we're waiting, why don't you tell me what your plans are as a pro hero?"

"Well, I'm not really sure what my end goal is yet," Yoshito admitted, "But for now I aim to be a hero who would defend others from harm. Plus I wanna form a hero agency with my friends Izumi and Izuku."
