Chapter 22

Shaurya comes back from the office and sees everyone is having dinner.

Shaurya:  maa howz Anokhi? Did she have her dinner?

Aastha: she is sleeping, so I didnt disturb her. Come you have your dinner.

Shaurya: no maa I will first freshen up and then check on Anokhi.

He goes to his room and sees her sleeping. He kisses her forehead and goes to freshen up. Once he comes back  he hears Anokhi is murmuring something. He holds her hand and sits beside her.

Anokhi:  stay away from me. Dont touch me.

Shaurya: relax (patting her forehead). You are at home.

Anokhi(still murmuring): do not come near me. Please get away from me. Shaurya where are you and wakes up with a jerk.

Shaurya(hugs her tight): I am here only. Shhh.

Anokhi hugs him tight and cries.

Shaurya:  anokhi what happened? Why are you so frightened? I am here only and now everything is fine. Please relax.

Anokhi: Shaurya mujhe ghin aarahi hai apne aap se. I feel dirty whenever I remember that incident (while rubbing her arms).

Shaurya(shaking her): stop this. What are you doing? You will hurt yourself.

Anokhi:  Shaurya please take this memory away from me. Please. I can't live like this. The thought in itself makes me like killing myself.

Shaurya(placing finger on her lips): shut up. I understand what you are going through but no way that i will let you go away from me.

Anokhi(placing her head on his shoulder): Shaurya.

Shaurya: please (wiping her tears). Tell me what is it you want.

Anokhi cries profusely hugging him and places his hands on her waist. Shaurya engulfs  her in his arms and rubs her back. He then holds her face kisses her tears.

Shaurya: enough Anokhi, stop crying. You know I can't see you crying.

He holds her and kisses her forehead. She closes her eyes. He continues kissing her all over the face on her cheeks, ears,  nose. Then he shifts towards her neck and gives her kisses all over the neck. He then slides her shirt slightly down the shoulders and starts kissing her shoulder and then shifts to the other shoulder.

Anokhi is shivering under his touch but she is liking the feeling. The feeling of his Shaurya on her. The thought of his haq on her was making her feel proud and she felt this was the way to erase the memories of that horrible day.

Anokhi takes her neck back to give him more access and he proceeds down but stops in the middle and looks at Anokhi. Anokhi looks back at him wondering why he stopped. She stares at his lips and without a thought kisses him on the lips.

Shaurya is taken aback by her sudden move but he too couldn't resist and  continued the kiss but then they parted due to lack of oxygen.

Anokhi: Shaurya please give us new memories.

Shaurya:  no Anokhi not now.
