Chapter 23

It's been a week since that horrible incident. Anokhi is comparatively better now. Nimisha has completed her 3rd month. It's a Sunday today. 

Shaurya wakes up  and sees Anokhi sleeping peacefully. He smirks and starts playing with her hair.

Anokhi:  Shaurya let me sleep, what are you doing? You said you don't have to go to office today as its Sunday (While pushing his hand away)

Shaurya(Kissing her ears): what am I doing?

Anokhi: shaurya(in a sleeepy voice) why are you up so early?(while pulling the blanket above her face).

Shaurya(slowly pulling the blanket down and kissing her cheek): I just woke up and saw a beautiful girl sleeping besides me, so I thought i should just slightly irritate her.

Anokhi:  that means you won't let me sleep.

Shaurya:  not really. Do you remember what you did to me 2 days back and places kisses on her neck.

Anokhi:  now you will take revenge from me.

He only smirks.

Flashback Starts

Its early morning Shakhi are sleeping. Shaurya’s phone starts ringing and Anokhi wakes up. She is about to wake up Shaurya but sees him sleeping peacefully. She then herself gets up to check the phone. She sees its from the office and receives.

Anokhi:  hello

Person:  hello mam,  actually sir had a meeting at 4 pm but now it has been rescheduled to 11 am.

Anokhi: ok i will let him know.

Person:  thank you mam.

Anokhi (sitting by his side): Shaurya you had a call from your office, you have an important meeting at 11.

Shaurya: there is still time hai left let me sleep and puts his head in her lap.

Anokhi(caressing his hair):  you only will get late and then you will tell me why didn't i wake you up.

Shaurya(while holding her hand): come you also sleep. Why are you up so early?

Anokhi:  no, now that i am awake I will freshen up and kisses his forehead.

Shaurya:  listen take care. Though the wound has healed but still.

Anokhi: ok

Anokhi sees its 8: 30 only and goes to washroom. When she comes out she sees Shaurya is still sleeping and realises he will get late for the office. She thinks of an idea. She goes near him and opens the two buttons of his kurta.

Shaurya(eyes closed): see madam if you think by doing such things i will wake up then you are sadly mistaken and he turns away from her snuggling more into the pillow.

Anokhi turns him towards her and opens her hair which was wrapped in towel and shakes her head on his face and water drips down from his face down to his body as she had opened the buttons too. Before Shaurya could react she rushes and opens the bolt of the door.  But before she could leave the room he catches her and pins her to the wall.
