What is life?
A question nobody knows the answer to
Try to answer but that's how you view life
Nobody knows or has the correct answer
To what life actually is or what it means
But I view life quite differently
From most people
The word "loneliness" has no antonym
Because there's never a time
Where one isn't lonely
That is why life just a repeated cycle
Of becoming familiar with loneliness
I never know what I'm doing
I often wonder if I'm living life right
As if there is a right way to live life
There is no escape from death
How certain are you?
That you'll wake up the next day
That's how life works
We don't control how we leave this world
You plan for the next day
But tomorrow holds a different story
What is the point of life?
When one day we are all going to die
Is it that we were born to live
Or is it that we were born to die
Who knows?
In life, everyone wants to be right
Yet everyone is told that they are wrong
There comes a time in one's life
Where your heart stops out of nowhere
This is when all child-like wonder leaves your body
And you start to care what people think
You care about their needs
You view yourself as less important
We can't satisfy everyone
Especially at the expense of you suffering
Mistakes you made yesterday
Those doesn't define who you are
Today you are who you are
For all your faults and mistakes you've made
Tomorrow's you might be a wiser
Then you of today
Tomorrow is no guarantee
But what can we do? That's life
And this is how I view life
