You enter the kitchen and grab a cup of water. You glance at the white and grey marble counters and the dark grey cabinets. Wow. What a beautiful kitchen this is.

You walk back into the room. "Okay, we ready to start?" You ask with a smile.

Dashiell glares at you. "Yeah. Just take a seat wherever i guess." He murmurs.

You give him a smile regardless of how he's treating. "Okay thanks."

Cate gives you a look that says thank you for not freaking out at him. You give her a wink to signal it's no problem. She turns her head to focus back on the game but you continue to stare at her. Her beautiful just below the chin length blonde hair was angelic. She completely pulled it off. Don't get me started on her cheek bones. The perfection that they are speaks for itself. Her lips were bare and had no lipstick. They were a perfect pink that you could never get enough of. Her body fit into her clothes in the best way. She was perfectly sculpted. You can't imagine how meeting a random woman on the street would lead to this.

She catches you staring at her. "Don't you know it's rude to stare." She gives a joking glare.

"Don't you know it's rude to look gorgeous all the time?" You retort.

"Oh y/n.. that was so cheesy." She laughs.

"Oh shut up." You say giggling as you throw a pillow at her.

"OH YOU DID NOT!" She grabs a pillow and smacks you.

Little Iggy gets up and yells "PILLOW FIGHT!"

Everyone grabs a pillow and smack each other around. Everyone is laughing even angry Dashiell. You take your grey pillow and smash it into Cates face.

Her jaw drops. "Y/n YOU'LL REGRET THAT!" She laughs and smashes her pillow into your face. You fall to the floor laughing. She grabs you and kisses you. "That's what you get for me saying with the boss." She says with a cocky grin.

"Oh get over yourself ms big ego." You roll your eyes.

She pushes you onto the couch roughly. "Oh for god sakes shut up." She laughs.

"You say that a lot." You laugh.

"Whatever." She smiles. "We never finished our game." She playfully rolls her eyes and gives you a glare. "Thanks to Y/n"

When you're not looking Dashiell smacks you with the pillow causing you to fall over and hit your head.

"Holy Fu.." You start but before you can finish Cate screams at him.

"DASHIELL! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?"

"BECAUSE I HATE HER MOM! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE WITH DAD NOT HER!" He yells.

"DAD IS STILL HERE!" She retorts.

"BUT YOU'RE NOT WITH HIM WITH HIM." He screams.

"Dashiell.. you don't understand and that's okay, but what's not okay is taking it out on her." She looks at you. "It isn't y/n's fault. She has been nothing but nice to you even when you continue to give her reasons to not be very kind to you. Apologize now."

"Fine." He glares. "Y/n I'm sorry." He says clenching his fists.

"Now go to your room." She orders.
