"So, I was thinking... That maybe... We could...y'know... go on a... date." He speaks extremely slowly, his voice very jittery.
I smile solemnly. "I'm sorry, but I have my eye on someone else."
He nods, a little tear drop forming at his eyes. "I uh... I understand. But thank you, anyway."
I sigh and watch as Denki walks away sadly, cursing myself but sill knowing that I did the right thing. I love Denki, but not in that way and it would just hurt him, me and another if I accepted his proposal.
I glance over at Mina who shrugging and walking up to me. I must say, she looks absolutely stunning in her outfit choice today.
Due to the fact that today is our last day of UA, the teachers gave us permission to wear whatever we wanted.
Most people dressed up fancily, like Mina, me, Mineta, and obviously Momo.
I am dressed in black dress pants with a Navy blue sleeveless turtleneck shirt, black heels and a tarnish-brown trench coat; it's more formal.
Mina's curves are emphasized by the tightly fit short black dress with crossed shoulder straps like a neckless, a fluffy pink crop-top coat, black knee high boots and fishnet stockings.
Mino had on a blue button up shirt that was a little to small accentuating his chest and abs, navy blue pants with a brown belt, brown formal boots and a single hoop earring on his right ear.
Momo, of course went all out. A beautiful Red dress flowed down her body, with a curved neckline - showing a bit of her cleaving (which apparently was her goal...). Her feet are covered simply by 1.5 inch black heel boots. A jet black two inch neckless with a ruby and silver stick earnings adorned her top half. Her black hair was put up into a high ponytail with a crown-like pin keeping it up. Finally, a black cape with pure white cotton rimmed around the top blanketed her back.
She definitely is the best dressed here.
There are also people like Tokoyami, Shoji, and Tsu who dressed in their hero suits, and then you have the rest of the people who just dressed in casual clothing- like Bakugou, Kirishima, and Denki.
I have been so excited for today, and I can't imagine what it'll be like working as a Hero?
Mineta and I hung out and watched TV during camp about 3 weeks ago, and ever since we've been getting even closer than before.
Unfortunately, because he and I are getting closer, Bakugou and I have been getting farther and farther apart.
It's not like thats a bad thing or anything, but Bakugou and I have been through a lot together and I really want him back, y'know?
It hard being friends with a person for years, then getting in a large fight and never being friends again. I don't know... I guess I don't want to leave this place knowing that I'm in a bad place with a good friend.
I have to say goodbye before it's too late.
"Hibiki."
"Wai- What?" I look over to Mina who is shaking my shoulder.
"Girl, you zoned out there for a bit. What's on your mind?" She asks.
I shrug. "I'm scared to tell Mineta... And I don't want to leave Bakugou..." I mumble.
Mina shakes her head. "You have to tell Mineta, and talk with Bakugou."
"But bakugou hates me!" I cut in, pouting.
