We all stood outside of our professor's house, well let me rephrase, we were standing outside our professor's flat, the sun was going to rise anytime soon and we all were looking at each other with blank faces.
"How on earth are we going to steal her cat?" Veronica whispered-yell.
"Correction, kidnap" I corrected her, she gave an are-you-for-real look and I sheepishly smiled at her.
She sighed and said "Whatever, now answer me"
"Well, we will enter her flat by unlocking her door, then we will silently-"
Veronica cut me off and asked "Do you know how to unlock a door which is locked from inside?" Shit? She raised her pointed eyebrow at me while I stood there like a dumbarse.
"I know how to unlock a locked door" Antonio said making me excited. I hugged him and patted his back "THAT'S MY BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER"
"SHHHH" they all 'shush me' and I lifted up my hands surrender. I began to concentrate on our mission.
"What's her flat number though?" Asked Leo to Lauren.
"I don't know" she shrugged, I wanted to slap that bitch so hard, she always tests my patience.
"I know" Veronica whispered, gaining our attention, she gestured to the ginormous board, which had people's name and their flat number printed on it.
"That's my girlfriend" Leo whispered proudly and pecked her cheek making Veronica blush.
Her floor number was 4th whereas her flat number was 209, we wasted no time and hurried to her flat. I noticed during the entire conversation Ryan didn't say a single word, and I was missing his voice, I knew something was wrong with me, I was changing, I never wanted to be with a person before but now when I see Ryan all I want is to be with him, hang out with him, laugh with him, eat with him, study with him, I was screwed. As we reached there, I motioned Antonio to unlock the door.
Antonio, pulled a credit card out of his pocket and began to unlock the door, he suddenly stepped back with a heavy breath "I can't" he murmured.
"What?" Lauren hissed. This was the reason why I hate her, she never tries to understand other's situations. She always makes the person feel lesser. She doesn't try to calmly convince them, she just starts lashing out at them.
Antonio turned to us "No, no, no, I am having a gut feeling that something terrible is gonna happen, I can't do this" he quit, wiping off his sweat. He can't back off, especially not in the middle of the mission.
