Woobin's POV
I'm on my way to JYP Entertainment as I work there as lyricist and composer. I made songs for the boys such as Day6, Got7 and also for some boy groups from other company. Earlier before leave home, JYP called me, said he need to meet me at his room. So, I leave earlier than usual.
I put my bag in my office before head to JYP's. I knock knock his door and get in after he replied. "Hey boss" As soon as I sit infront of him. "Ah Woobin.. We wait for the coffee before start this" he say.
After few sips of the coffee, "Woobin.. Can you write lyrics for the girls?" he say forwardly. I'm kinda shock because I never work with the girls or any other female artists. "I'm not so sure sir. I dont really have experience with girls." I say.
"Ah.. You're my best man in writing lyrics and I really want their comeback to be different then before." he kinda dissapointed. "But if you insist, I may give a shot." "That's my boii.." he say happily.
"But sir, I need to meet them for discuss about the song and .." "Just do whatever you want, I'll ask the manager for the meeting later." he cut me. "Alright sir, if there's nothing else, I'll leave now" I bow to him and leave the room.
In the evening, Twice's manager called me and we agreed to do the meeting the next day as their schedule are free.
The next day
I arrived at the meeting room early as I brought coffee for them. I ask the manager about their liking in coffee as I thought not everyone have the same taste buds. I set the coffee at the middle of table, easy for everyone to grab it.
As I getting focus to the game on my phone, someone open the door and show only the head part. "Woobin pd-nim?" she ask. "Yes me, come in." I say without stop the game. I heard the girls talking while sitting. "Take your coffee, it have names. Give me few minutes, I'm almost done" I killed few players and win the game.
"Yes! Chicken dinner!" I celebrate my win. "Ah sorry girls." as I put away my phone. "Alright! May we start?" They nods their head.
"Okay! My name is Jeon Woobin. I'm a lyricist and also composer sometimes." I bow them. After that, "One in a million, we are Twice" then they introduce themselves one by one.
"Alright. You may know that I wrote most Day6 songs, some of Got7 and StrayKids, also for other company such as BTS and Astro. To be honest, I never worked with any female artist. As I said to JYP, I dont have experiences with girls, not a good one. So, we're here now so that I can get your opinions and help me. Is that okay?" I explain to them.
"Really???" all of them look shock with my statement. "Pd-nim sorry to ask.. You dont have girlfriend" Sana ask. "I do have one few years back, but we're end it. So, yup dont have relationship till then. Ah and, just call me Woobin.. I'm just 2 years old than Nayeon, you're 25 right?" as I look at her. She just nod while enjoy her latte.
After some introduction, we already discuss about their incoming comeback. The songs and lyrics. I learnt some of them also write lyric. I jot some notes about their opinions.
2 hour and half pass. "Okay, so all of you want a mature theme this time?" "Yes!!!" all of them happily answer. "So, after this I will start work on lyrics and also if you're have any ideas, just text me or come to my room, okay?" "If there's nothing else, we end this meeting here. Ah wait for a minute!" I stop them from leaving the room.
I take my phone and call someone. "Hi.. They dont have any schedules right? Okay, thanks" I put my phone in the pocket. "Do you want to go eat? I know a good new restaurant nearby." "Yes.. We dont have proper breakfast earlier." "Yeah.. I'm kinda know by see all of you drank the coffee" I giggle.
At the restaurant, we order a ton of foods. Well, its for 9 girls and 1 man and I eat a lot. While chatting to them, I saw a waiter slip and fall with a tray of water in his hand. I quickly go and help him. Then, during eating, they drool at the sight of my food. I look at them and laugh.
"Just say you want to taste it. Here" I pass the food. The food go around the table and when it come back to me, the food enough for 1 feed. I call the waiter and order another one. Nayeon touch my arm.
"We're sorry Woobin-ssi. Its too good." "Ah its alright. I've said that the foods are good right?" Then, we continue eat.
At Twice's dorm
Twice's POV
They're at living room watching drama.
"Hey! You guys sure that Woobin dont have any girlfriend? Or someone he crush on?" Dubu ask suddenly. "Yeah its kinda weird. He's kind, sweet and boyfriend material. Right?" Sana say. All of them agreed. "Maybe he's broken or dont like girls?" Tzuyu casually say.
"Yah!" all of them look at the calm Tzuyu.
Woobin's POV
Since that day, we're become close because they always come at my office to talk about the song or either just hangout. But Nayeon are the one that always stopped by.
After 1 month, I already wrote 2 songs and compose it. Also, I help to arrange Nayeon's lyric for 'Depend On You'.
One day, Nayeon come as usual with my favourite drink. "Ah Nayeon, come in. Oh! Thanks" as I take the drink. "I almost done arrange your song. I just need to combine it and its done."
"Oh okay. I'm here not for the songs. I'm just umm.. How do I say this? I like you, Woobin-ah." she shyly look down. I chocked on my drink that my face turn red due to drink and shy and shock.
Nayeon worriedly grab tissue and give it to me. "You're okay?" "Yeah.. Just shock about that." We stay silent as I thought about her. Well, I can't lie to myself. She's kind, girlfriend material. She caught my attention as we spend time more than others.
"Nayeon-ah.. Its not like I dont want this. But as I said, I'm kinda trauma being in relationship. She left me for other guy. She left me after give me so much too remember.." Sad to think about that again. "I know it's years ago.. but I dont know if I can start a new one." I explain to her.
"Woobin-ah" she hold my hand. "I know its hard, but I'll try my best to work this out. Okay?" Nayeon say. "Okay.. I can't promise you anything now but I'll try my best too." I smile to her.
"Let's go" she pull my hand as she get up. "Where?" "Our first date."
We go lunch and amusement park. When arrive amusement park, Nayeon ready to get out the car but I stop her. She look at me.
"Wear this." I give her my cap and mask. "Thanks" she smile and wear it. I buy tickets for us and we try every ride.
When rollercoaster time, at first everythings alright until it come to sharp turns and the spins. She clutched to me. The ride ends.
"Hey.. Its stop.. Let go.." I help her walk to nearest bench. "You okay?" she shake her head slowly. "Wait here okay?" I run to shop to buy some water and candies. I go back to her quickly.
"Here" I open the bottle for her. Then, I open the candy wrap and give to her. "Better?" She smiles. "Woobin-ah.. You're so kind. Why did she left you? Poor you.." she say while looking at me.
"I dont know either..." as I sit beside her. "Hey.. lucky me then.. Because of her, we're together now." she giggles.
I look at my watch.. Almost close time. "Anywhere to go? Any last ride?" I ask her. "Ah.. Woobin-ah! That!" she point somewhere.
We're here in Ferris Wheel, at the top. As the sun's set, we look at the view. I look at her smiling. 'Beautiful' I hold her hand and kiss her forehead. "I'll give us a shot. I'll bring my best for you." I say look directly to her eyes.
"Me too. I'll wont leave you because I'm not dumb to leave someone like you. I love you" she peck me. My face turns red. "Awhh.. Woobinnie shy shy shy" "Nooo.. it's the sun!" She giggle as she tease me.
