"Raahat ke pal chand kaafi honge, gar tera saath hoga aur hum saath honge"

Fear is a four letter word just like love, pain, hate and many more which depicts the weakest emotion and state of humans. We all have our own fears and for once in our lives we all have succumbed to them. But then there are some fears which are worse than the ones ever one would have imagined. It’s hard and troublesome to live with them and sometimes they even put an end to the tale of life for us. Life has always been hard in one way or another on all of us but when we have someone to help us out with them, help us to deal and troubleshoot them it becomes a bit easier to breathe in.

It was a calm morning for both Naina and Vihaan if that was what they had wished for after a lot more emotionally draining chat session of theirs. While Naina woke up with sunlight slowly occupying every corner of her room to take away the darkness , Vihaan witnessed light amidst the mountains shining bright on him, which was trying to tell that son don’t bother. I'll take care of her for now and soak her in your warmth.

Vihaan tried sleeping after reading the text from Naina at night but it was concern for her that kept him tossing from side to side for sometime until he surrendered to the fatigue from the day and slept tight to wake up in time to follow his routine. Naina had a very good sleep as she had shed off the baggage last night. Her morning was light and she felt the rush to go for a long run after days as if she needed it more than anything. Following the commands driven from certain chemicals like seretonin released in her brain just by being relaxed , she jumped off her bed and after finishing with her morning business she was all set to hit the road. It was when she was about to step out of door she saw Maa looking at her fondly how a bird watcher might look for birds up in sky. She had a satisfactory smile on her face , she wanted this bird of her's i.e. Naina to fly high in her own sky since the day she saw twinkling stars in her daughter's eyes. Naina smiled back and left saying that-" Maa aap aur Papa ji breakfast kar lena , I might get late as it's going to be a long one after so many days."

With that she left and soon was at a decent pace and was in full mood to turn the grind mode on. It was already past an hour and she was dripping with sweat all over her in the black hoody she had put on with her joggers.Next she headed to the open gym in a nearby park and she went out to do some nicer sets with high reps of both pull-ups and the push ups. That felt so great one could have known it by looking at her eyes only..she was having sore arms yet the fire in her eyes spoke nothing about it. It was as if she had set the course to conquer all her demons that were relishing on her mind full of fears.

Humans have mechanised almost every other thing on this planet and in turn they are themselves turning into machines with breakdowns and disturbed hormones hampering simple functions of their systems. All that is needed is to learn to add lubricant or coolant as and when needed just like how we humans fix the machinery. We look for the wear and tear of machines but forget to look for the wear and tear of our soul. Sometimes when that doesn't work we go for overhauling, but as we are 'humans' can't be replaced or discarded just like some mechanised machine. So the extra care has to be done from start and need to be continued till the end of the race we began with our first breath in womb of our mother.

Naina was done with the stretching and cool down post her workout. She was tired or maybe she wanted herself to be tired to shed off the traces of whatever was left in her mind post her beginning a new journey. She quickly searched for a bench to sit with herself in peace out there in open. She found one beneath a huge banyan tree and sat down there. It was when she was relaxing with eyes closed she realised what actually had caused her to relapse and  undergo the unbearable pain once again just when she thought she was all rid of them. She took her phone out and went on typing to Vihaan but then she deleted the whole text thinking will tell him on call only as this would add to his existing tensions  because of her. She sat there for some more time and the past kept flashing in front of her eyes..why it had started..how did it begin..when was it first time she realised she was having one and the whole journey. No doubt it was the most painful experience for her and it has taken a lot more effort from her side to overcome it earlier and now coming back to square one wasn't something she had even hoped to happen to her.
