Jungkook pulls the Stag into the garage. They look at each other and smile.
'That was a fabulous drive! God it feels good to be back.' Tae says running his fingers through his hair.
'Yeah! I've missed the Stag, there's nothing quite like her. Jungkook says, patting the dashboard lovingly.
They get out of the car and Jungkook goes to get their cases.
'Kookie...leave the cases...I want you to carry me in, you know, over the threshold...'
Jungkook looks at Tae, confused.
'But we're not married yet Tae.'
'Are you saying you won't?' Tae says huffily.
Jungkook laughs at Tae's pouty face.
'No of course not, I'll carry you in if you want, I just don't really get it.'
'We've been away for ages and got engaged, it just feels like a special moment.'
'Ok babe, sure, whatever you want.'
He goes to Tae and kisses him lovingly, then picks him up and carries him up into the house, twirls him round, then sets him down gently.
'There you go beautiful fiancé, will that do?'
Tae smiles his beautiful boxy smile.
'Yeah...thank you...hey look!'

They stare at all the decorations around the kitchen. There is a huge congratulations banner, hearts all over the cupboards and heart balloons floating up from the kitchen island, around a big cake. There is also a card next to the cake, addressed to them both.

'You open it,' Tae says.
Jungkook opens the card and reads,
'To our two beautiful boys, congratulations on your engagement! We couldn't be happier for you! All our love mum and dad, Jinjoo and Sang. PS Sorry we couldn't be there when you got back, had to take care of some business, will be back tomorrow evening. Enjoy having the house to yourselves, "winky face". Lasagne and champagne in the fridge.'
Tae snuggles up to Jungkook and says,
'That was nice of them, I wasn't expecting anything like this.'
'I told you, mum's pretty excited.'
'Me too.'
Jungkook wraps his arms round Tae and smiles at him.
'Yeah me too, babe.'
They lean in for a long and leisurely kiss.
'Now that we're home, what do you want to do first Tae-babe?'
