Summary:
Wei Wuxian is a well-known photographer who has the charms to get into one's pants. Literally and figuratively. He is known widely for his skills of being a at the top of his game, but like every eccentric genius he too has one dark secret.
Lan Wangji, an actor who is good but also has a dark shade to his ever charming personality that may be he too wasn't aware until Wei Wuxian entered his life.
Can they be together after all the turbulence they'd face together or would the darkness within Wei Wuxian scare Lan Wangji forever?

My Review:
Let me start with the blurb. It caught my attention from the get go. This book wouldn't be an average romance in the park and like the author has mentioned, this is dark romance.
If you want scented candles and romantic dinners; then this isn't for you. But if you want dark, gritty and different side to Wei Wuxian, then you're in for a treat.
I loved the last chapter and how subtly Gusu context was mentioned. Very smart.
This is is definitely dark but not too dark that would probably make it gory. This book has its own charms.
I loved Wei Wuxian's portrayal of a man who has no qualms of who he is. He is sinful and I loved it.
Lan Wangji as usual is a fantastic partner who has no repentant in supporting Wei Wuxian's quirkiness.
Not willing to reveal much beyond what has been summarised, go ahead and give this book a read.
