I fell in love

Staring isnt very nice...

The next morning I woke up by my dad shouting. "Kaitlin wake up you will be late to practice!" He yelled. "Oh shoot!" I yelled. I got up and got changed into my dads old hockey gear. I ran downstairs and I grabbed a bit of bacon and I ran out of the door.

5 minutes later I got to practice. "Sorry I'm late!" I say while walking in. "Its okay your only 5 minutes late!" Evan said while turning his head to me. "Its okay Kaitlin." Alex said. "Anyways let play some hockey." Evan said. "No no not yet we will be doing something else." Alex said. "No mu-" Evan was about to say. "Hey let the lady talk." I said. "Thank you so instead of us going on the ice we will be breaking the ice." Alex said. "Uhmm what does that mean?" I asked. "We will be sat in a circle and we will have a trust puck to pass around and we will tell everyone that we might know then something that no one will know on the inside." Alex said. "Okay." Nick replied.

We all sat in a circle. I sat in between Alex and Nick. "Okay first is Sam" Alex said. (Btw I dont remember everything everyone says so I will make some of it up.) "Hi I'm Sam, on the outside I love to skateboard and on the inside I have no spleen I broke it when I skated into a stop sign. I am a mess in there." He says. Next is Lauren. Sam passes the puck to her. "Hi I'm Luaren, on the outside I like to dress up like a worrier princess and on the inside, I am afraid of death and more..." She says. After, she passes the puck to Maya. "Hi I'm Maya, I can see what people wear like Alex your jacket is so 2017." "But this jacket have  lots of pockets." Alex said. "I guess those were big in 2017. "Do you know what else is big in 2017... Hockey." Evan interrupted. "No not yet baby." Alex said. Anyways Maya passes the puck to Koob. "I mean is he awake I cant tell his eyes are open but he isn't paying attention. Koob... Koob?!" Alex said. "Right, on the outside I love to play videogames and on the inside I also love to play videogames." He say and passes the puck to Evan. "Hi I'm Evan, on the outside I love to play hockey and on the inside I also love to play hockey." Evan said and passes the puck to Logan. "Hi I'm Logan, on the outside God has blessed me with alot of hair and I love dogs and on the inside me and my dad are moving with my aunt because my mom cheated on my dad... and I also love cats." He said. I felt bad for him because I know what's it is like without a mum. Anyways next is Nick so Logan passes the puck to Nick. "Hi I'm Nick on the outside I have 2 moms whats pretty cool and I love them very much and on the inside i look like Logan but maybe a bit taller and more handsome..." I tried not to laugh but it was my turn so Nick gave me the puck. "Hi I'm Kaitlin Conway on the outside I love hockey and nearly everyone knows that I'm Charlie Conways daughter and on the inside my mum has passed away when I was young." I said. Then I gave the puck to Alex. I saw everyone staring at me. "Uhmm staring isn't very nice." I said as I stood up. "Can we play hockey now!" Evan requested. "No no I have something else to do." She said. "Trust falls!" She requested. "Great." I said under my breath.

Evan's Pov:

I went to Gordon's office to tell him something. "Hey Gordon. I dont want to say this to my mum but I dont think she knows how to coach I mean we haven't been on the ice yet and now we are doing trust falls I dont think she knows what she is doing." I said. "I'm sure she does just go away I'm trying to sleep." He said. I just walked out. "Hey kid." Bombay said. "Yea?" I asked. "Shut the door will you?" He said. I shut the door and walked out.

Alex Pov:

I saw Evan coming back so I lied to go to the toilet. "Hey I'm just going to the toilet." I said to him. I walked right pass him and went to Bombays office.
"Hey Gordon." I said. "Omg I'm trying to sleep.!" He said. "Sorry but I dont think Evan is okay with my idea like I'm doing what im meant to be doing." I said. "How about you let them on the ice so they can practice now let me sleep." He said. "Okay fine." I say as I was about to leave. "Door." He said. "Closing, closing." I shut the door and left the room.

No one pov:

After Alex came back she told us that we are going on the ice we all cheered. We all ran to the ice and played on the ice.

My pov:
I was skating around on the ice and I saw Logan just standing there so I went over to him. "Logan why aren't you skating?" I asked. "I cant move or I will fall over." He replied. "Here I'll teach you grab my hand." I said. He grabbed my hand and I started to skate. "See it's not that hard." I said. "For you Kaitlin." He replied. "Right I'm going to let go now." I said "Dont you dare." He replied. I let go and he was still skating. "See you can do it!" I said while skating up to him and hugging him. Then Alex called everyone over.

No one pov:
"Everyone we have a game in 3 days!"
Alex said. "Against who?" I replied. "The Ducks." She said. "Why the Ducks?" Nick said. "Come on we can do this it will be easy!" I said. We all keeped on talking until practice was over so I went home and went to bed.
