'Love Bad Things

Chapter 17

Hi! It's been a long time. My apology for not being consistent and letting you have an empty jar in your emotion. My apology for not updating new chapters. I came back from school after the COVID and I have been busy with my studies, finding my own time and of course spending time with my family.

It's hard for me to check my story again because of it honestly. My energy upon writing this story slowly diminish my delight which is why, until now, I feel guilty for not making new chapters again.

However, I appreciate a little hundred of my viewers for giving your interest in my story. So to payback my absence, this is it.

I dedicate this song to all characters of Attack on Titans. To the soldiers who sacrifice their life in vain. To the heroes and villians who gave a unforgetable lesson to us.

"Mina..."

I was indulge in woolgathering and catering my thoughts to wherever is going to be when I heared low-toned voice. To my surprise, my eyes voluntarily blinks for many times.

I looked to the person who called me. "Chae..."I said calmly

Chaeyoung, who is sitting beside me, looked at me intensively--wandering her eyes to mine. Her lips form a flat line while I espy her that her nostril moving repeatidly. I wrinkle my forehead when I take note about it.

She looks exhausted. She seems like she went from extreme work--like physical works. I only see a small drops of her sweat from her cheeks. I was looking at her for a second with bewildered look. That's a moment when I realize something.

Wait a minute...

I unconciously glance at my hand wherein I saw it in my lap and tied to the rope. Because it was tied firmly, I saw a red mark to it.

In shock, I gasped when I realized my situation right now. I quickly turned my head to where we are when I registered to my head that we are not at her house. We are in a van, moving us to where it will be.

I look at Chaeyoung who has her eye on me at all time. "Chae? What happened? Why are we here? Where are we going?"I asked worriedly.

Instead of answering me, she took my hand gently. She gently took the rope in my hand. Her eyes focus on it and stayed for a minute. I observed her while she's doing it with questions in my head but of course, I don't think she would answer my questions. As expected, she is inscrutable.

Later on, I saw her took something her pocket and revealed that she is holding an oitment. She put a little of cream to her index finger and smeared it in my wrist where the red mark is. I watched her doing it continuously until she feels satisfied to it. For the portion, it is a bit too much but I didn't complained because  I think I have her to a space.

When she is done, binitawan niya na ang kamay ko. She moved her head in opposite direction whule facing the window.

"Thank you" I said wholeheartedly.

She was quite. Mukhang malalim ang iniisip at parang madilim 'yung aura niya ngayon. Even if she acted calm, she still seemed distress.

Kahit ako mismo confuse sa mga nangyayari ngayon. Ang sa pagkaalala ko, nasa kuwarto dapat ako at natutulog. Pagkagising ko, nandito na ako sa Van kasama siya at 'yung mga tauhan niya.
