New Friends!

after hearing about the world ending soon, mildred and gilbert agreed to work with the hargreeve and his children.

"nuh-uh, they should get to know one another before training. to work together they have to know each other- like work together" mildred explained to gilbert. "fine" groaned gilbert. "i'll talk to reginald and see what he thinks." mildred glared at him. "in the meantime we keep our children working on their powers"

mildred rushed around the hallway knocking on each door yelling "time to wake up" while shaking a bell. she walked back down stairs meeting karman and they walked to the kitchen.

while the kids kitchen where eating mildred and gilbert were getting ready. both getting dressed in there best outfits. mildred wearing a dark ruby red dress with black high heels. gilbert wearing a black suit and his hair brushed back. kermit walked in. "sir, ma'am" he nodded. "the children are done eating"  "take them to put their uniforms on. i'll be there to do the girls hair in a minute" mildred said as she applied her blush. kermit nodded once more and walked out.

the door bell rang. karman hurry to the door. at the door stood reginald and 7 kids behind him. "please come in, follow me to the main room" she said as she move out of the way. as the walked karman explained what she had been informed about. "mrs. mildred said that this is just a play date for now, and other certain days. she hadn't said the days yet. but anyways..." she walked to the main rooms door way and watched as reginald and his 7 kids sat at a chair waiting. "they'll be here in a few. would any of you like something? a drink?" they all nodded no. "very well then" and karman walked out.

mildred walked to the children's hallway where their rooms were. "children are you ready!" she yelled. "almost" she heard who it seem like jada. mildred started seeing a few of them step out of their rooms one by one. "alright then. let's go, we have guests waiting for us" she smiled at her children as she lead them downstairs.

"hello reginald" mildred said as she enter the room. "these must be your children" she turned to them. "it's a pleasure to meet you all, these are my children" she gestured towards her kids right behind her. "you can go play with them if you like, me and my husband have to discuss things with your father" she smiled sweetly at them.

as the children walked towards the back door, it was a awkward silence. the kind when you and someone just finished arguing. kermit and karman met them outside. "hello children, we've go you some things to play with" said karman as she helped kermit pull things out of a big blue bag. in the bag where jump ropes, different kind of balls, chalk, and all kinds of outdoor toys. the children looked at it with joy as though they've never seen anything like it.

meanwhile with the adults...

"so how exactly is this supposed to help the kids? a play date?" said reginald. gilbert huffed. "it's some they get to know each other. if they're going to be working to together, they might as well become friends" mildred explained. reginald thought for a second. "well do you have a day for them to start training together" mildred nodded no slowly. "but, we could wait until they master they're own special abilities" mildred explained. gilbert spoke up. "fine, it's settled then. our children will work together very soon" the other two nodded. "great- now do we have any more to talk about" mildred asked. "there's one more thing" reginald said.

as kermit and karman sit on the bench watching the children they talked about what mildred and gilbert were discussing.

"i believe it's about the plans about the training with the kids" karman said as she watched javion and zay try to climb a tree.

"i think it's about many things honestly. but gilbert and reginald are probably getting into an argument" kermit joked with a soft laugh.

a young girl with skin color close to the frog academy kids walked towards liyah and jada who were playing sticks. the girl walked with a two boys, one with slender eyes and dark blue hair and bother with curly brown hair. they watched liyah and jada move their wands as if the were wizards casting a spell on a evil wizard.

"is it alright if me and my bothers play with you?" the girl asked politely. "my name is allison and these two are klaus and ben"

liyah and jada looked at each other like they were talking with their eyes. "sure,,but two of you will have to be the bad guy" jada said as a boy with brown hair and blue-greenish eyes popped up behind her. "i'd like to be the bad guy" the boy said as jada looked at him very confused. allison and the other two brothers laughed at jadas reaction. jada and liyah's laugher soon followed...
