Wang Lei who is severely injured is in a helicopter which is a little faraway from Mei Li's house while Mei Li is strolling in her backyard.
Wang Lei and Assistant Wen found that there is a bomb placed in the helicopter.
"Boss, you should take the parachute and jump off. Don't worry about me I'll find a way to escape but if you don't go now you may die. " Assistant Wen said to Wang Lei with a worry in his voice.
"Alright but you should take care of yourself too." said Wang Lei while wearing the parachute.
After saying this Wang Lei jumps off the helicopter but lands in the backyard where Mei Li was taking a stroll alone.
"Ahhh! A ghost is haunting me. " Mei Li said when Wang Lei landed in her backyard severely injured.
"Please... Help... Me! " Wang Lei said to Mei Li in bearing extreme pain.
"You scared me to death! Who are you and where did you come from also why are you so severely injured?!? " Mei Li asked Wang Lei while being a little bit shocked.
"Just... Help... Me... Please! " Wang Lei said to Mei Li in half awake situation.
"Alright! Alright! Alright! I'll carry you to my basement and give you some first aid to relieve some pain. " Mei Li said to Wang Lei as she was starting to be a bit worried about him.
After that Mei Li took Wang Lei to the basement and applied some alcohol which she secretly took from her dad.
Mei Li had some knowledge of medicine so she knew that applying alcohol would treat his wounds faster.
While Mei Li was applying alcohol Wang Lei was just looking at the worried look on her face.
"(How can someone be so worried about a stranger. Isn't she scared seeing my wounds.) " Wang Lei thought while looking Mei Li applying medicine.
At that particular time Wang Lei couldn't think of anything else except Mei Li's face. Seeing Mei Li getting all worried about a stranger and treating him, Wang Lei started to have a change of heart, he never had this feeling about someone else before. Wang Lei's heart slowly started to get warmth by Mei Li, he at that time actually felt what family love was, being taken care of by someone was.
For Wang Lei it was like love at first sight. Since Mei Li sent warmth to Wang Lei's heart through her actions Wang Lei fell in love with her.
