After having a little chat Tian Li thought of calling Mei Li and let Wang Lei and Mei Li chat for a while.
"Housekeeper Tang, tell Mei Li to come down and greet the guests." Said Tian Li.
"But Master Miss Mei isn't at home." Says Aunty Tang while lowering her head.
"How come?! She was at home today all the time and also I didn't see her go out." Says Tian Li with anger.
"Master, Miss Mei..... She...... Has gone to meet her friends." Aunty Tang replied with extreme fear.
"Meet her friends or she ran away. Housekeeper Tang tell me the truth or else take your things and leave Li's house right now." Said Tian Li.
"Master please don't. I'll tell truth. Miss Mei.... She.... Ran away." Says Aunty Tang at the edge of getting collapsed because of fear.
"(Hehe, what an interesting girl. She ran away as soon as she heard a marriage proposal came for her.)" Wang Lei thought and laughed inside when Aunty Tang replied.
"This girl...." Before Tian Li says anything else he suddenly remembers that Wang Lei is still siting there.
"No problem Mr. Li. I can meet up with Miss Mei anytime now. How about we have our engagement and wedding both on the next Sunday, after 3 days. I guess you also might want the same.Also I hope only we family members be there because I don't want the wedding to be grand so let's keep it low profile." Said Wang Lei with a little cunning smile.
"Yeah, of course as you wish Mr. Wang. We'll make arrangements accordingly." Says Tian Li in a flattering manner.
"Then let's be in contact and meet on the wedding day. Don't worry I'll make proper arrangements. The location of the venue will be sent to you." Wang Lei says while getting ready to leave and walking down the hallway.
"As you think is right Mr. Wang. But still if you need any help you may tell us anytime." Says Tian Li.
"The only help I need from you is that you make sure my bride is present on the day of our wedding." Says Wang Lei.
"It seems you have a good sense of humour Mr. Wang. Don't worry we'll definitely make sure of this thing." Says Tian Li with an assurance.
"Thanks a lot Mr. Li for your time and tea. I'll take my leave now." Says Wang Lei and leaves with Assistant Wen and his bodyguards.
"Bye Mr. Wang. Please feel free to come. You are welcomed anytime here." Says Tian Li while waving when Wang Lei was going.
Wang Lei also waves without turning around, showing his back. He gets in the car and leaves while Tian Li watches Wang Lei until he leaves.
