The next day, their first morning together after being married. Wang Lei, in a business suit wearing an apron was making breakfast in the kitchen while Mei Li, all dresses up was ready to go for college. Mei Li was coming downstairs when she saw Wang Lei in kitchen. She went to kitchen to see him.
"Good Morning!" Said Mei Li with a cute smile on her face.
"Morning!" Says Wang Lei while being focused in making breakfast.
"You can cook?!" Says Mei Li shocked seeing Wang Lei cooking.
Wang Lei replied with an 'Hmm' as he was deeply into cooking at that time.
"You don't look like a business king when you cook." Says Mei Li who was standing beside Wang Lei with a chuckle.
"Don't you look down on me. I learnt cooking when I was studying abroad. There I always have to cook for myself." Said Wang Lei.
" *sigh* Lucky you! I don't even know the basic of cooking. The only thing I can cook are instant cup noodles which are already made." Says Mei Li with a sigh.
"Then in future I'll cook and you eat, will it be okay?." Said Wang Lei in a bit romantic way.
"Alright!" Replied Mei Li as she was filled with happiness and warmth inside at that moment.
"Now go and wait for me outside it's almost done." Says Wang Lei while frying the omlet.
Wang Lei made a fried omlet and orange juice for breakfast. He served the breakfast and sat on the chair adjacent to Mei Li's.
"By the way where are you going all dressed up in early morning?" Asked Wang Lei while picking his cutlery fork and knife.
"I have to go to the university. It's Monday today besides I have been house arrested before my wedding so I wasn't able to go to college for two days. If I don't go today I may get my credits deducted." Says Mei Li eating her breakfast hurriedly.
"Eat slowly! Don't choke yourself. I'll drop you on my way to the company." Said Wang Lei.
"But aren't your company and my college on different directions also if you drop me then I'll definitely get rumoured in college.
" I'm not getting late plus I'll drop you before the entrance gate. Don't worry." Replied Wang Lei while wiping his face as he has finished his breakfast.
"Thank you!" Mei Li said as she also finished her breakfast.
After breakfast Assistant Wen came to pick Wang Lei. Both Wang Lei and Mei Li got in the car.
