Chapter 22

Third Person's POV

Rohit's shoulder pained tremendously at times and when it did not he was the most cheerful as everyone else was probably worried about him.

One night after the accident Ro woke up in the middle of the night to see Mahi bhai and Ziva cuddled up on one of the couches and Virat on the other one.

He had woken due to pain and was just going to look for his pain reliever medicine but being him grabbed a couple of extra blankets and cover them both.

On doing so he sat on his bed and searched his medicine box but couldn't find the medicine so tried to lay down but banged his injured shoulder on the headboard of his bed.

The moment this happened, Virat reached Ro and was looking at his face for the search of pain or discomfort.

Mahi bhai went near him and said "Ro shirt lift kar bleeding toh nahi ho rahi hai, check kar lete hai."

Rohit said "Nahi ho rahi hai bas voh painkiller ka effect khatam ho raha hoga na isliye hal ka sa dard hai."

The moment he said so one had grabbed water and the other had grabbed his medicine.

Half an hour later the pain had dulled off and they were on their beds but wide awake but was unable to sleep. Ro said "Bhai you both don't need to sleep here, I am fine. See Ziva needs you, she can't sleep on a couch."

Mahi bhai turned to look at Rohit and his face showed anger and said "Tum chod do Ziva was unable to sleep because she had dozed off after lunch . Mujhe pata ha mein kaya kar raha hu. kisko meri need hai sab deekh raha hai mujhe."

Rohit said "Bhai aap toh bhadakk rahe ho yaar I was just saying so ki family need you na Sakshi bhabhi kya bolege yaar."

Rohit had not seen that kind of anger on his Mahi bhai's face before, he was literally trying not to shout at Rohit right now.

Mahi bhai said "Toh mein kya karu Ro maine mana kiya tab bhi tu waha chala gaya. Halki si goli kahi idhar udhar lagti toh you would have........

Aur meine bola tum chod do, aur dusra family ka hi dhyan rakh raha hu.
Sakshi right now if I went to her she would kick me out of the room and tell me to take care of you. Don't make stupid excuses and sleep I have to make a grumpy mad selfless kid eat healthy things tomorrow and take care of him."

Virat snorted at the last line but quickly stopped when Mahi bhai glared at him.

Ro couldn't sleep knowing that his Mahi bhai was angry at him and couldn't help but say "I know you being angry and mad at me is justified. I also know that this is the worst injury I have ever had but you all being this bothered and chaotic bothers me.
It makes me feel that I have done so wrong and also that I am troubling you and you all know that I don't like that.
Please act normally and yaa I will take care of myself of course you guys are their na."

Virat said "Dekh bhai we understand that you are like that but now give in to us. Please for a few days be selfish nahi toh meri jaan nikal jayegi."
