Rohit's POV

I sat in the dining room waiting for Virat as he was talking to Anushka who was also freaked out by that accident that happened near my place.

Well, Anushka currently is stuck in London where she was shooting for her next film, and Virat is currently living with me.

Virat called Mahi Bhai who was also watching the news and was about to call. He called me first but since my phone was switched of. He became worried as well.

And one of my idiot friends on our ICT group on WhatsApp in a joke kind of thing asked with news link attached and mine and Virat name tagged "Zinda ho ya Marr Gaye?".

This led Virat to a furry no one could even think about so he messaged "Don't know yet since Rohit is gone way back and his phone is switched off".

So the point is that if I knew visiting Ms. D'Souza without telling anyone would create real havoc in minds of my family then I would have never done something like that.

But leaving that havoc, I am still kind of satisfied and telling the great D'Souza how stupid she behaves with the people that care about her.

Virat came to me and sat beside me and asked "What happened in her office Rohit?" in an angry but controlled voice, that scared me to death.

I told him everything and suddenly I saw him- his head hung low, slight tears in his eyes. I was confused about what had taken over him. I said directly looking at him and a hand on his shoulder. Virat please say something don't just be quiet.

"Virat whatever I did was because I couldn't see you like this, I hate this whatever it is say it to me. Common man, we are no less than a brother. She crossed her limits when she did that to you, let me just say that she would have been lucky to have you as her best friend. And I had to avenge you in my own sort of way." Bro, you are getting what I am trying to say?

He looked at me and hugged me all of a sudden and then let me go in a flick of seconds and then showed me his phone, he had received a message from Krystle saying ". Keep your rascal of a friend and yourself out of my life. I am not what I used to be Virat. I am long gone leave me alone and I swear to god if I see your friend in my office or near me at all, I will file a court case against him."

This was a real blow and then he showed me another message which he had received from Ritika not long ago saying "Hi Virat this is Ritika, Rohit gave me your number and I just wanted to ask if he is home safe and please tell him to call me asap."

I looked at him trying to understand what he is trying to tell me and then he said something "You know Rohit when I see Ritika I see old Krystle she used to be just like her, well there were differences but yaa there are kinda like. I miss my old Krystle yaar. I felt my blood boil when she called you a rascal and threatened to file a case against you.

Just leave all this let's try to make something for our self, I am very hungry and after that no more reconnecting the dots with my long lost best friend."

Enough already happened. I felt disappointed in myself that I could not do that one thing that my friend wanted from me.

Soon we went towards the kitchen and tried to make something joking around we both were trying to forget what happened and how horrible day it was.

Virat's POV

I had gone to bed in a happy mode just because of the idiot. Eventually, when I look at his activity in her cabin, I want to laugh till my stomach aches. Why wasn't I there to look at both there faces? And she somehow behaved very weirdly.

Well, Ritsy must have been there, I will tell Rohit to invite her tomorrow for lunch. I still have this hollow feeling in my heart when I think about Krysti. Leave her, I promised myself that I will not lead Rohit into more trouble he already is and that too just because of me.

When I woke up I saw it was 12 in the afternoon yesterday must have taken a toll mentally as well as physically. That means Rohit is sleeping as well, I went out to see Rohit sitting in the living room with his laptop, he was on doing something and immediately closed it as soon as I came. I looked at him weirdly and went towards the kitchen to make chai for myself.

Ek Baar morning tea mil Jaye Phir pochuega.
Rohit shouted from behind "Sunn Kamine Ek cup coffee bana dee" extending his cup towards me.

I took his cup silently and went towards the work station to make our chai and coffee.

Just then I heard his voice "Sunn Virat I know you said that we will not talk about Krystal anymore but I cannot let this go this easily. I and Ritsy are with you in this and trust me, we will bring her to you as she used to be.Nothing is lost we will figure out something".

I looked at him dumbfounded and wondered what was this man-made and his friend as well Ritsy.

Then he said " Coffee Dega aaj ya phir kal tak ka wait karna padega"

We both laughed out, one thing I wonder is that what let to this overnight change, yesterday he did look sad but he did silently agreed with me.

Well, maybe this is because of someone else may be, who I wanted to invite on lunch today.
