Airport Chaos - BTS Jimin

The flight from Korea to America consisted of the boys sleeping, eating, filming, playing games and chatting as an attempt to keep their excitement and nervousness at bay. Sejin had just informed them that a massive crowd of ARMY were waiting for them at the airport, proceeding to show them the news coverage.

It was quickly decided that the order of the line, would be, Namjoon first, followed by Taehyung, then Hoseok, Jungkook, Yoongi, Jimin and finally Jin. The Hyung line wanted the maknae's to be between two hyungs to ensure that they would be safe, alongside the security, their managers and body guards.

Getting off the plane, and into line, Jimin's hands shook nervously as the younger took deep breaths, preparing himself for the mass of teens awaiting them. The screams of excitement from the girls, and boys, laying as a reminder that they were in fact there.

As Jimin was distracted, Yoongi turned back to nod at Jin, the both having seen the boy's shakiness and expected a panic attack at some point, so they silently agreed that if that were to happen, Jin would call for him as per usual.

The screams got louder and louder as they all began their walk through the crowded airport. Jimin's anxiety getting worse and worse with each step he took.

About halfway through the airport, the crowd had managed to separate the first four boys from the last four, leading to Jimin to freeze where he was, frantically looking around for his four missing members, breaths becoming frantic. Young hadn't realised but Jin noticed him freeze and saw his shoulders and head move frantically.

"Yoongi!" He yelped rushing forward, taking the younger boy into his arms. Young turned at the call of his voice, noticing that his Hyung was holding onto the frozen Jimin. Ignoring the protests of his managers and body guards that were separated with them, Yoongi rushed toward the two.

He took the Younger's face into his hands, "Jimin-ah, can you hear me, nod if you can?" When he received no response, he knew that Jimin was too far into his attack, and that they would have to calm him down right there and then.

He turned to one of the managers and explained what was going on, the male nodded and told the two guards and other manager to surround the three. "Jin-hyung, sit him down, we will have to do it here." With a nod, Jin had sat on the floor, pulling the youngest onto his lap, Yoongi crouched down in front of the two.

He pulled his mask down to his chin, and took Jimin's face into his hands again, he applied gentle taps to the boys cheeks in order for him to focus on him, "Yah, Jimin-ah, focus on me, focus on my voice, can you hear me?" His response was the Youngers eyes making contact with his.

Jimin couldn't hear, he couldn't hear anything but the beating of his heart and the harshness of his own breath. That was until he felt something gently tapping at his cheeks, and a soothing voice taking up the void that his breathing and heartbeat had occupied, "--- focus on my voice, can you hear me?" Jimin's frantic eyes met the calm, slightly worried one's of his second eldest Hyung.

"Good, that's good. Focus on me, try to follow my breathing." With that, Yoongi grabbed one of Jimin's hands and placed it over his chest, covering it with his own. "In... Out... In... Out... There we go, good job." Jimin then registered that he wasn't on the cold floor, but warm arms were wrapped around him and a soft humming could be heard from what he could only assume was his eldest Hyung.

"Are you okay to keep going Min? Wanna get on my back?" The voice of Jin sounded in his ear, coming down from his attack, Jimin could only nod, the other two not scolding him for the impolite answer, but instead shared an understanding look, Jimin never liked to talk after an attack.

The three stood, and that's when Yoongi saw a group of girls and a few boys holding hands and not allowing anyone to enter the circle they had made around the boys. Yoongi sent a bow of gratitude to each of the teens, thanking them softly before he gently guided Jimin onto Jin's back.

Jin gripped the boy's legs tightly, Jimin's arms going around the front of his chest and just resting there, while his legs wrapped tightly around his waist and face went to the crook of the eldest's neck. Jin could feel the tears start to wet his neck, so he hushed the singer quietly, speeding up a little bit, realising that the crowd was being held back by more fans like the group that had stood in a circle around them.

With the crowd being dealt with, it took the two singers and rapper no time at all to reach the van where the other members were nervously waiting, Hoseok sat between the youngest two, trying his best to calm them down, while Namjoon stood next to an angry Sejin, who was on the phone, and was biting his lip gently.

Namjoon sighed in relief as he rushed toward the three, Jin letting Jimin down off his back so that the leader could see that they were all okay, "I was worried sick, what happened?" He questioned, taking Jimin's cheeks in his and wiping away the tear stains on his puffy face.

"When we got separated, Min started to panic, he was too far into it to keep moving so we had to stay there to help him. A bunch of fans though, realised we didn't have a whole lot of security and formed a ring around us and then more had formed a barrier to make a walkway out of the airport when word got around that Jimin was panicking." Yoongi quickly explained to the leader as the other three members joined them, checking on the singer who quickly attached himself like a leech to Taehyung who happily accepted the attention.

Sejin wondered over after he hung the phone up with the airport head office and checked in on the boy, "Let's get you boys to the hotel, rest up, and watch Jimin just in case he gets another one." Everyone nodded in agreement, Sejin ruffling Jimin's hair up and taking the driver's seat of the van. Namjoon went to the passenger seat, Jimin was put in the middle row, in the middle seat, between Yoongi and Tae while the other three jumped in the back row.

When the group won Top Social Artist, Jimin was quick to thank the fans that helped the previous day, even though he already went live and done it and also posted it on twitter, Namjoon and the other members, too, quickly sharing their thanks to the thoughtful fans.

The boys after the incident and for the next few days were trading on twitter and the tags of #ProtectJimin and #YoongiandJinhelpJimin. The ARMY that helped were also trending under the tag #thankyouARMY, and also through pictures and videos of the teens and young adults that were quick to act in the protection of their idols.
