All of the parents had convinced all of the kids to stay at Hogwarts for Christmas but to come home for new years this year.
"ugh! I can't sleeep" Lily whined "me nether" Rose replied "I think we should at least try, it's already 11:30" Melody said "I guess your right Mel" Lily said. By 11:45 Melody, Lily and Rose were sleeping.
Christmas morning: it was 6:30 in the morning when the golden girls were woken up by Maya and Kayla yelling, "It's Christmas! it's Christmas!" "okay" melody said groggily still waking up "open this one first" Kayla said "okay, okay" Rose said. The girls ripped open their boxes just to see the same exact PJ's that Maya and Kayla were wearing "matching PJ's!" they all yelled. The golden girls quickly changed into there PJ's before opining the rest of the gifts. Maya and Kayla then left to see if anyone else was awake, leaving the golden girls to open presents together.

"come, look what I got you girls" Lily said "oh, it's the small box in the corner of your piles" Melody and Rose gently picked up the little box from there piles and slowly took off the lid "wow, thanks Lils, now we can all be matching" Rose thanked her "Yea, thanks" Melody said

She paused opening things when she realized that she had not gotten anything from Albus, just then there was a knock on the door "Come in!" Melody said. Albus walked into the dorm just as Lily and Rose left to find Scorpius. "Hi" Melody said "Hi" Albus replied "you know, the reason I did not give you a gift in your pile was because, well I wanted to give it to you in person" Albus said "here" he said handing Melody a little box. She opened it and gasped, it was a gold Gryffindor necklace with a ruby carved into it "I love it" Melody whispered to Albus "I'm glad" He replied as he put the necklace around her neck.
