Diana's POV
"So you are saying that he is alive and he is there, in that building." Jay said, as he pointed at the screen. I nodded, agreeing with him. "How are you so sure?" He asked, as he looked up at me, confused.
"First, the place is really far from Dad's mansion so there is no way the necklace would have got somehow displaced." I said, as I paced to and back, all eyes on me. "Second, my necklace buzzed again a few hours back, which says that it is not broken." I said, as I looked up at everyone. "Third, I have a feeling that he is really not dead." I said, sighing, as I plopped down on the couch, staring at the floor blankly.
"Well, we can tell our allies to keep a lookout while we investigate more. It's dangerous to go there without any information." Soobin said, as he looked at everyone for their response. Everyone nodded, agreeing to what the purple male had just said.
Jake's POV
"I need you to do a favour." I said, my eyes shut, as Aerum worked on my injury. "I need you to tell Jihun I'm alive and get out of here." I said, when suddenly her hand hit the wrong spot due to the shock after hearing me, making me cry out in pain.
"You what?! Mister, I'm here trying to heal you and you-" She said, furious, as she glared at me. I shook my head, indicating that that's not what I meant.
"No, no Aerum listen-" I said, which made her hum in response and get back to her work. "Tell him I'm fine so that he will let you go. Then you go at my place and...." I continue, as I tell her the plan. She looked at me, her expression clear that she was in a conflict with herself.
"But I can't risk my mother's life." She said, sighing, as she looked at me, her lips pressed into a thin line. I smiled softly, as I looked at her.
"Don't worry about you mother, she'll be safe. Do it for Youngjae." I said, trying to encourage her. She nodded, as she agreed with me. "And I need you to tell me some things." I said, as I looked at her intently for her response.
"Quiz me." She said, as she gave me a sharp nod.
Aerum's POV
"He's healed." I said, as I slammed my hand on Jihun's desk, grabbing his attention. "Now let me go." I said, as I narrowed my eyes at him, anger evident in my voice. He let out a dark chuckle, as he indicated one of the men standing at the door to come inside.
"Show her to the door." He said, as he motioned at me. The man walked beside me, as he grabbed my hands, pulling me out of the room. "Enjoy your freedom, princess!" He said, his laughs echoing down the passage.

I was standing in front of a huge house, as I quickly rang the doorbell, gripping the chain in my pocket.
Flashback
"Take this." Jake said, as he separated the pendent and the chain of his necklace. "When you go there, give this to Diana and she'll believe you or else they might hurt you." He said, as he placed it in my hand. I nodded, as I put the chain in my pocket. "Tell them whatever you told me now okay? They won't believe it first but you need to make them believe." He said, as he looked at me intently.
"I'll do it." I said, as I nodded slowly. He smiled, as he nodded back, looking at me.
"Now go and tell Jihun that I'm healed."
End of flashback
I busy wondering when suddenly the door flew open, revealing a yellow haired male.
"Yes?" He asked, as he raised his eyebrows, a question mark clearly visible on his face, as he saw me staring at him.
No Aerum, he is not Youngjae. Snap out of it.
"I'm sorry." I said, biting my lip as I shrugged off my feelings. "I'm here to talk to Diana." I said, as I looked up back at him. He looked at me for a few more seconds, before he turned his head around.
"Someone's here to talk to you." He said, as he looked to his right, talking to someone. "Doesn't look sus, but looks pretty though." He whispered in the person's ear. I cleared my throat loudly, as I tried to hint him that I could hear everything he said. Suddenly, a hand come from the side, hitting the male's head, as a female's head popped out.
"Hi! Come in." She said, smiling, as she pulled the yellow haired male away from the door, causing him to yelp in surprise. I bit my lip, trying to stop myself burst out into peals of laughter.
"So you wanted to talk to me?" She asked, as soon as she closed the door, indicating me to sit on the couch. I nodded, looking around, as I saw a few men standing, their eyes on me.
"My name is Aerum and I was sent here by Jake." I said, as I looked at the female, who was probably Diana. Her eyes widened, as she looked up at the yellow-haired male, who was standing beside her and now looking at me, shocked.
"And on what basis do we believe you?" A black haired male said, who was standing my the dining table, leaning against it, his eyes narrowed at me. I sighed, digging through my pocket, taking out the chain that he gave me, as I handed it to Diana. Diana let out a silent gasp, as she looked at me, shocked.
"Is he alright? Is he hurt? Is he-" Diana continued but I cut her off, nodding.
"He was stabbed but now he's alright. He told me to come here and tell you guys whatever I know." I said, sighing. The yellow haired male looked at me, as he opened his mouth to speak.
"Tell us what you have to say." He said, as he crossed his arms over his chest, looking at me intently.
"We both were kidnapped by Jihun. He is there in this, along with his mother-" I said but Diana cut me off.
"What?! Jihun kidnapped you and Jake?! And he is an orphan for god's sake! Where did he get a mother from?" Diana snapped, as she stood up, clearly angry. I sighed, as I recalled that Jake had told me earlier that it would be hard for me to make Diana believe.
"I'm telling the truth, Diana." I said, my voice firm. "He is in it and he has a mother believe it or not." I said, as I looked up at her. The male standing beside her kept his hand on her shoulder, pressing it gently. Diana nodded, as she sat back down, sighing.
"I'm sorry. Continue." She said, as she motioned me to go ahead.
"So apparently, the mother-son duo are in this together, I heard it myself. They had planned something else but something went wrong, I'm not sure what though." I said, shrugging my shoulders. "And the rest is about the layout of the place." I said, as I looked at everyone.
"Go on. We would like to hear that too."
