The sun was shining, the wind was blowing, and the two girls were enjoying themselves on one of the rare days they had off.

Both of them were free from patrol, but they still kept a general eye out in case they needed to help at a moment's notice.

But for the time being, they were enjoying a nice picnic at the park.

They had packed a basket containing their favorite foods inside. A jar of locusts for Uraraka, and a jar of jelly for Tsu. They also had sandwiches and strawberry milk for Uraraka with a bottle of water for Tsu.

They laid out a blanket and sat down.

"Wow...How long has it been since we last had a day off?"

"I don't even know, kero."

"It seems like forever."

"Yea, and who knows when we're gonna have another day like this so we better make the most of it while we can, kero."

"Yea, you're right, as usual Tsu baby." Uraraka leaned over and gave her girlfriend a quick peck on the cheek.

"Well, kero, I think we should eat. The food won't last forever."

"Yea, haha."

Uraraka reaches into the basket and grabs a sandwich and hands it to Tsu while grabbing one for herself while the other stated a quick thanks.

"How many months has it been since we've been together now officially? Four?"

"Yea, kero. It seems like longer, doesn't it? I mean, kero, I had a crush on you  since our second year at UA, but we didn't start dating until we were officially pros, just in case something went wrong before then, kero."

"Well hey, we made it through, and we got out alive. And now look at us! We're pros! And on top of that, we're together!"

The two looked at each other and smiled. They knew that as long as they had each other, everything was going to be just fine.

The two enjoyed their sandwiches in silence. Then they each opened up their preferred jars and enjoyed their individual treats of jelly and locusts.

They drank their drinks, and then they just sat there in simple conversation until the sun went down, then they watched the stars.

There wasn't anything special about their date, but it was very much them. It was simple, it was natural, and they wouldn't change a thing.

It was just them, the world around them, and the picnic basket.

It was everything they wanted.

Nothing more was needed.

It was perfect.

Just them.

Together.
