Prologue.

Jakob POV
I was walking, while doing that, I was thinking. I had been struggling with my sexuality since I was 16. It's been two years, but I'm finally sure. I'm bisexual. I need to talk with my mom and dad about it. I think. My mom will support it unconditionally, but it was my dad I was scared to tell. He's a die hard conservative. I figure, might as well tell them. I live on my own, in a little apartment in Watertown South Dakota. I do TikTok and stream on twitch for a living. Speaking of twitch, I figured I'd better get home and stream, it was getting close to my usual stream time.

Time skip, still Jakob POV.

Im back, and grabbing some food. After I'm done eating, I walk to my streaming room, and start the stream,

Jakob: Hello my beautiful fans! Welcome back! Today we will be streaming some Subnautica Below Zero! It's my first time playing the game, so I'm probably gonna suck, don't judge me!

I stream, interacting with the fans, as well as doing voice requests. I voiced a character in a internet cartoon, the character became stupidly popular, so people often paid me money to say stupid shit in the character voice.

Jakob: So @Sussy_Player2365 wants me to say,
"I may get fucked, but at least I get some you prick!"

I laughed. This fucking guy. Then I get a message from one of my PS4 friends.
"Wanna join and play some COD Warzone?"
"I'm streaming right now, but I'll ask the viewers."

Jakob: I just got a message from a friend, y'all wanna watch some friends and I play COD War-zone?

Viewers: Hell yeah!

Jakob: Okay then!

I messaged my friend back.
"Kay, got the green light, you want to start it up or should I?"

"I got it spooled up already, invites on the way."

"Thanks mam!"

Something about my friend, they're biologically a male, but they sexually identify themselves as a female. *Ding* Theres the invite, both for the party and the game, and I accept both. Another quick thing, they go by the name Veronika.

Friend 2: HAH! Eat dick noob!

Friend 1: Calm down Francis!

Veronika: Yeah calm it down dude, my TikTok live privileges are gonna be taken away if you don't chill.

Jakob: Well, I'm probably gonna to stop the stream tonight.

Veronika: Good because I wanna talk to you.

Oh? I look to my face cam, I say the words that end the stream.

Jakob: Thank you for watching the stream folks! I'll try my best to be back tomorrow night. If I'm not going to be able to stream, I'll tweet about it on Twitter. Enjoy the rest of the evening!

I then proceeded to shut the stream. I smile to myself. I noticed that Veronika had kicked our other two friends out of the party. Francis and Mike are assholes anyway.

Veronika: I just wanted to ask about something, are you having sexuality problems?

Jakob: What spurred this question?

Veronika: I noticed you seem frustrated, and you make a lot of gay jokes. A lot of the time people do this they're either having those problems, or are stupidly homophobic. I know for a fact you're not homophobic. So I want to ask, are you a part of the lgbtq+ community.

I sigh, well, she's pan so she won't judge me.

Jakob: Yes, I am. I'm bisexual.

Veronika: Huh, I would've guessed pan, but still, happy pride month!

Oh yeah, it's June. I smile to myself.

Jakob: Thanks Veronika, and happy pride month!
