14 With Stories

Chapter 6

(A/N: I just realized that in the last chapter, there was a sentence from the scene where they get in the car and Riptide starts playing, and the sentence was "Chris quickly turns up..." I meant to say "Chris quickly turns the radio up..." 😂😂 Sorry.)
I walk out of Chris's room and go to my room to finish arranging it. I put my fluffy white covers over top of the bed and my 4 light blue pillows on too. Then I set up my desk thats in the corner. I place my laptop on top of it, then I put down a few candles. I walk over to my dresser, take 15 minutes to put my clothes in, and then place my jewelry holder and speaker over top. There were already two mirrors up, so I decided to put the one that I brought in my closet. I took the rainbow colored lights that I brought and turn on my music and start hanging up the lights around my room. Even though it's not Christmas, I still like to have some lights in my room. They're fun!
I hear Kelley and Ryan talking, so I walk closer towards Ryan's room.
"So - um - yeah. I heard from Chris that we are all going to go out to a nice restaurant tonight? Should we consider it a date?" Ryan says.
A date? Are they already dating?
"Yeah! I'm going to go finish setting up my room. Bye," I hear her kiss him and start walking. I ran back to my room as quickly as I could. Then I walk to her room, ask her, "Soooo, what happened?" I pretend that I didn't hear a word.
"Well, I told him that I liked him. Then he was like 'Really? I like you too!' So then I was like 'Oh. Okay!' And then he was like 'Will you be my girlfriend?' So I said 'Yes!' of course!" She said.
"Wow! Congrats Kell!" I say in an excited tone.
"And then, we ended up kissing!" She said.
I completely forgot the door was opened. And saw Bella eavesdropping. Bella was about my height and age.
(A/N: okay so I know this is kind of random, but Robbie Amell in real life is like in his 20's. But in this book pretend he's only 2 years older than Maddie.)
She had big blue eyes and strawberry blonde hair. She looked kind of like the nurse in the hospital. She was wearing a Maaji bikini, just like me, and a pair of denim shorts. Bella was one of my really good friends, but then again, I just met her this year. I didn't realize that I had met a few people this year. Kelley and Bella are also really good friends.
"Sorry - I kind of eavesdropped," she says.
We all laugh.
"It's okay," I say.
"But I was coming here to ask about this bikini. How does it look?" She asks.
"I love love love it!" I say.
"Same," Kelley says.
"Okay cool," and with that Bella walks away.
"Alright so I'm guessing we're going to the beach soon?" Kelley says, and we both laugh.
"Yeah. I'm going to go get ready," I say, and I walk out of Kelleys room.
I already had on a bikini, a sweater, and a pair of denim shorts. All I needed were my sunglasses and my bag that had a towel and some sunblock/tanning spray. I walked back over to Chris's room and he was shirtless.
"Oh - um - im sorry." I say.
"Why are you sorry? I'm just shirtless!" He says, acting like it doesn't matter.
"Well I don't know! I've never been in this kind of situation before!" I say. He walks closer to me. I usually wouldn't feel comfortable with this, but this time I do. He kisses me - still shirtless. While he's kissing me, he walks towards the door and closes it. I manage to let out a giggle. This turns into a heated make out session. He pulls me as far as he can towards him, and pulls me towards the bed. We just keep kissing. I feel his body heat and I feel warmer than ever. I put my leg over top of him as he grabs it. Then we both pull away after about 10 minutes. I smile at him. I slowly walk out of his room, and then notice while I'm smiling and walking, he's taking a picture of me. I run back over to him and basically lay on top of him.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I say laughing.
"Nothing!" He says, dragging the "ing."
Then I see he's on Instagram. He must've posted that picture. I open the app, refresh it and see he did post it!

cjohnson: Look at this hottie 😍

"CHRIS!" I say, laughing, and then I start playfully punching him. Then he kisses me again, one last time. I stand up, start walking, and quickly grab my phone and snap a picture.
"GOTCHA" I said, and ran out of his room. He chases me, and obviously running faster than me, he grabs me from behind and I'm not even on my feet. He carries me back to his room, I wrap my legs around his legs and my arms around his neck while he carries me from just under my butt. Then he kisses me. He carries me back to my room, and sets me on my bed.
"Thanks hot stuff," I say to him.
"Anytime cutie," he says and winks.
(A/N: IMAGINE THIS WAS ACTUALLY YOU AND SOMEONE)
Kelley and Bella walk over to my room.
"You ready?" Bella asks.
"Yup!!!" I say.
We walk out the front door and walk over to the beach. It's only 10:00 at night so we just want to go for fun.
"Hey Mads! I dare you to go jump in the water!" Bella says.
I love the ocean. It's like my home. It's my favorite place to be other than with Chris.
"Okay!" I say. I take off my shirt and denim shorts and run towards the ocean. I dive under the closest wave, and it was hard to see since it was dark outside.
"Maddie! ---" I heard Bella say something, but it was probably just another dare, so I ignored it. Then, out of no where...

I saw a shark fin.
