A Week After Izuku Left For The Inside
-Musutafu-
Nemuri Kayama was not happy.
At least for the moment.
*siiiiiigh*
Groaning heavily, the Heroine was strolling through streets of Musutafu. It was a pleasant day despite the foul mood she was in.
The sun was shining high in the sky, there was a pleasant breeze caressing her face, the birds chirped serenely, and the square she was in was full of people who, like her, were trying to enjoy their day.
Picking up her smartphone, she checked the time, noting that it was only a few minutes before noon.
"I might try to find some secluded place to have lunch. Can't be bothered to return home and cook..."
Sighing, she began fiddling with her device.
The reason for the current mood of the R-Rated Heroine? Simple.
Stress.
Daily and night patrols, press conferences, meetings with the Commission, fan events and as if that weren't enough, her work at U.A. .
Yes. Definitely stress.
To say that Nemuri was starting to look like a certain sleep-deprived friend of hers wouldn't be an exaggeration.
"Guh...!"
She shivered at the very thought of looking like a walking corpse wrapped in a yellow sleeping bag.
"So, let's see where-Ah!"
She was looking into her smartphone so intently that she didn't realize she was walking into someone.
An audible and somewhat annoyed grumble came from a suit-clad middle aged man. The grumpy look he had on his face vanished completely as he noticed who it was that had ran into him.
Nemuri recovered immediately and wasted no time in apologizing.
"Oh my...! I'm mortified, sir. I wasn't looking where I was going. Are you all right?"
The man smiled.
"Don't worry, miss! No harm done!"
His gaze shifted from the woman's face to her body. A gesture that did not go unnoticed by Nemuri.
She had to restrain herself from rolling her eyes.
Although she was dressed in plain clothes and had her hair tied into a ponytail so as not to draw attention to her, the hoodie and jeans she was wearing did little to conceal her... womanly features.
Having already had enough of the repulsive look the man was giving her, she tried to apologize as quickly as possible.
"Well, I'm glad you're not hurt. Now I'm sorry, but I really have to go."
Nemuri stated, trying to get the older man in front of her to take a hint.
Unfortunately for her, he didn't.
"Are you sure, miss?"
He asked, in a 'concerned' tone that made the Heroine's stomach churn.
