This Was Never A Roleplay

Day 86 - March 2

Hey, I gotta do school, so I can't do a full summary.

(828 comments... Yeah, this may end up being long, guys. I don't know the meaning to short and sweet.)

Last time in CM UC!

The day started out in a somewhat sollemn manner with talk of war, infection, and other events relating to the night before at the ball between Moira, Lucia, Aiyae, and Isi. Jaylynn and Isma soon appear to join the group not long after and the topic of chat goes all over the place between the members.

Then things begin to take a turn for the worse as both Isi and Vici come soaring in in their dragon forms. Isi having killed another escapading wyvern. The two dragons remain in the clearing as Isma, Jaylynn, Moria, and Lucia go off to Nothingness. Chat turns to talking of Quarven's conversion between the two dragons, making Vici nervous and panicky. The want to go help Quarven is strong but then something interrupts them: the smell of rot and decay, with a sweet kick to it.  Strange puddles begin to appear to the two dragons and upon sniffing one, Vici finds they are the mysterious Nehxix's disease.

Things then take a turn for the worse even more as Kailyn appears to the group, cuts and blood lining her arm that she clams to have been self inflicted. However, the group does not know she was forced to do it, forced to blame it on them by Rexuin, who has now enslaved her. The worst part, she cannot tell them any of it.

The friends spiral out of control from all Kailyn was forced to say. Aiyae goes running off, knocking himself unconcious (somehow) from guilt. Isi runs off and eventually takes off to confront and fight Ciara (which she won!). Vici takes off as well deeper into the forest. And as they all leave, misfortune befalls Kailyn once more and Rexuin returns for her, taking her away again.

Soon, Fara shows to Vici, bragging about Quarven's conversion and she insists on seeing him. But before he can take her to him, Isi returns from her fight with Ciara, thankfully mostly unharmed (minus a few curses), as well Iskra shows. The four return to Fara's home in the white room where they find Quarven. Or who they believe to be Quarven for he now looks nothing like himself.

A fight ensues. Vici gives Fara what he deserves, torturing him for all he did to Quarven. Isi and Iskra take on a few Repair Droids. Iskra, another dragon, is injrured from the fight and Isi ends up knocked out but thankfully is not harmed as Diana turns up to crush a few droids. During the fight, Quarven and Vici have their moment, confessing love for one another. (Quici ship!)  With Fara now knocked out and Quarven back to thinking for himself, the group returns to the clearing, tired and slightly battered.

Kailyn has returned from Rexuin's torment, now beaten herself, but stays hidden among the trees, afraid to face the others after what she was forced to do. Isi and Diana now have a sense of what may be wrong with Kailyn thanks to hints from Ciara, but without more information it is impossible to know for sure. Isi and Diana go off to find Aiyae, as Vici and Quarven remain together. Vici even manages to give him sight and hearing, though that of a human.

Eventually, the night winds down farther and the members drop off into sleep or unconciousness, leaving only Kailyn, Vici, and Diana around. Idle talk ensues for a little while before it becomes apparent something is wrong with Vici as she starts to become ill. Diana tries to question Kailyn of what happened to her, but since she is not allowed to say thanks to Rexuin, she cannot tell her. Though in the end, Diana does know something is wrong.

The night ends as Vici falls unconcious and the other two take her home, before soon vanishing themselves.

Will Vici be okay from Nehxix's disease? Will Diana and Isi figure out what happened to Kailyn and be able to help her? How will Quarven come to terms with now being a Hybrid? And might Ciara retaliate against Isi for once again destroying her manor?
