This Was Never A Roleplay

Last time in CM UC...

Kailyn glanced at Adina. Finally, someone she was okay with talking to. “ Alive, yes. But at what point is it no longer worth the pain to be alive?” she asked, half serious and half joking.

 The group is having loads of trouble. Kailyn’s distrust of the newcomers, Diana’s problems with illusions and Rexuin. When will it all end? “Newcomer” Cassius, already known by some of the group, has returned, but not to the liking of Kailyn. Diana had to be rescued from Rexuin, but Rex tricked Hayis, Fallus and Jacob before he could be killed.

Geoff then appears, holding a strange tablet of some sort. There is a fight between his organization and the FDA. Some of the group decides to go jump into the fray. Abby gets badly injured while in the fight.

Meanwhile, back in the forest, a heavy argument breaks out between Kailyn and Diana, and Kailyn nearly kills Diana. Luckily, with some help from Aiyae, Kailyn calms down a bit, but still feels murderous. The already-strong tension between Aiyae and Kailyn becomes even stronger.

 Then Valin appears, yet again, all healed by his magicians, for some taunting and teasing, though he doesn't try to stop Isi from going along with the curing plan, which has made much progress. Moira comes and heals Isi, though she is still distrusted by Kailyn.

Aiyae reappears just as a newcomer, Melody, appears. She is a friend of Moira's who specializes in plants. After Isi disappears, Aiyae suggests that maybe he could erase the memories of mental torture from Rex from Kailyn's mind, before he disappears too.

Fallus appears just as tensions rise again between Kailyn and Diana. Luckily, Kailyn doesn't kill Diana, but she was close...
