A couple of days later, Hailey invited Saint to hang out with her in the restaurant they usually go to. Little did Saint know that Zee planned to bring Saint out and meet with him by asking Hailey to help him. Saint, being the loyal friend and pretend boyfriend of Cedric called him and informed him about the meeting and both decided to go and break the news to Hailey.

Saint dressed up and left his house and Cedric as usual was his ride. Saint never considered getting a car for himself, the reason being he almost crashed the car during the driving test because of an anxiety attack. He never told this to anyone of course, but he just told everyone that he did not like driving. Hailey and Cedric never questioned why since both had cars and Cedric, also being Saint's manager, was always happy to give Saint a ride.

Cedric was dressed as well, nothing fancy but both were looking good. They drove to the eating place and saw Hailey sitting at one of the tables, they went closer and sat beside her. The table was round, Saint took a seat next to Hailey and Cedric next to Saint, Cedric pulled his chair a little closer to Saint's by giving Saint a signal that suggested 'it starts now'. The chair between Cedric and Hailey was unoccupied.

"Saint... I thought it was only us meeting today," Hailey said.

Saint immediately looked at Cedric who had a look that showed he was in internal pain. And said "well, we have something to tell you, as we decided to meet today I thought now might be the right time to enclose that news to you" Saint was reconsidering his decision on this whole play. But Cedric almost begged him and he sort of needed him too, it was mutual help even though it is ridiculous.

"Okay... So originally, it was supposed to be you me and Zee today, we wanted to tell you something too. But, I guess... It's fine for Cedric to be here" Hailey said unsure.

Cedric put a hand around Saint's shoulder and slightly pulled him closer like whatever Hailey just said did not make him feel unwanted there and said "oh come on Hailey, it wouldn't hurt if I was here right, trust me we have news that's gonna blow your mind."

Saint's eyes widened as well as Hailey's. The reason for Hailey's reaction was crystal clear, she did not like Cedric being that close to said. And on another hand, Saint was shocked because the first reason being Saint just learned that Zee was going to be here and the second reason was Cedric's sudden action. He knew this would happen to make it look as real as possible, he also agreed to it, but the suddenness caught Saint's off guard.

When both Saint and Hailey were recovering from the shock a few moments in, Zee showed up, as usual, he brought his charisma with him. Saint was blushing by looking at him, the memories were coming back but he pulled himself back together and focused.

"Hello everyone," Zee said. He was smiling at first but when he saw Cedric's arm around Saint, his expression turned into a frown. And he was turning red with anger.

"Er... Hai Zee, you're here, should we order something" Hailey said, trying to push away the awkward situation.

Zee spoke to Hailey on the evening of the charity event as to who Saint was to him, the reason why he had to leave and what Saint meant to him. Even though the reason was pretty shocking to Hailey, she understood how sincere Zee was towards Saint and she understood that he is here to fight for him. Zee apologized to Hailey for putting her on the spot and making her his girlfriend without asking her first, but he assured her that he only wanted to see how Saint reacted to it and if he still had a chance with him. Because Hailey absolutely did not like the idea of Zee and her acting to be together, she wanted to clear up everything with Saint and that was why she wanted to talk with him today. Little did she know that Zee would insist on joining them because he had to see Saint and never did she expect Cedric to be here. The most shocking was the way Cedric was behaving with Saint and the way Zee was reacting, Hailey swore that she sensed that something was gonna go very bad today.
