It came from outside we than run out to the balcony. A guy in the pumpkin head appears as a giant hologram in the middle of the city, in the air.
It than started to speak, "To narrow down the 113 guilds in this year's games to a more managable 8, let's begin the preliminary round. Although the number of guilds increase and multiply each year, the games have gotten boring now. Let's windle them down I say to you and just give 8 a cheer. The rules of this preliminary rounds are simple~!"
