Feet slammed into the leaved forest floor as She pounded forward. Her arms kept swinging faster and faster, farther and farther, until they were smacking aside branches and creating lesions on the skin. Her lungs were burning and yet she dared not stop. "One last shot" she whispered threw cracked lips. She spread her arms out and bounded in the air. Hoping praying her ghastly abilities would take over in flight, but she quickly crashed to the ground as an electrical current ripped threw her body. She screamed as her body lay crippled on the forest floor, keeping her down for a few moments before shooting to her feet and bolting even further into the forest's grasp. She had to get away she had to keep moving. Thorns slashed threw the flesh on her feet and legs, blood welling up in the incisions across her entire form. She tried to keep the tears back as she heard the shouting and baying from dogs just out of ears reach. They could be on her in moments as long as she kept on like this. She had to so something and fast. "I cannot use my abilities so I cannot fly away" she thought to herself. " Ugh if only I escaped sooner I could have reached him hours ago!" She screamed at herself, exasperated. Her thighs tightened up as she started loosing feeling in her calves. She had to do something there was no way she could keep this up. " I have got to get this thing off!" She thought to herself. She eyed at a high tech looking thing wrapped tightly around her upper arm. It was dark grey and had many different types of wires and circuitry weaving in and out with a few extra eched across the surface. The aura glowed light green, the signature of a ghastly object. "If anyone could get it off it would be him, I just hope Vepear managed to deliver my message without much issues." She breathed exhaustedly. Her legs felt like they would buckle any moment and she hated it. She hated not being able to escape, hates the infernal band on her forearm, suppressing her supernatural abilities, hated the people who through her in a jail cell to rot. Hated the world for making her very existence seem like a sin. Like she was an abomination for being alive. She smacked a piece of her dusty brown hair out of her face as she vented at the world before taking a deep breath and concentrated, planned, connived, just how she would do this. The baying rang in her ears, forcing her to think just a little bit harder, trying to keep from panicking. She had to be close to town didn't she? She scanned her surroundings looking for anything she could use, anything at all. She skimmed over an object hanging limply from a dilapidated looking tree branch, that looked dead. With closer examination proved her assumptions correct. An old grey strip of robe was suspended from the ground tied slackly to the branch above. The bottom end of the robe held a snapped off, and rickety looking board. It was about a foot in length and a few inches in width. "Probably used as a swing at some point" she though to herself. It had long outlived its main purpose, but it's new purpose was soon to be established. She stopped abruptly and started In a bee line, dodging, zigzagging, and ducking past obstacles that appeared in her path. The rough bark from her target shined in the feint light that managed to shine through the forest canopy. Each Crease and crevice that line the trees form quickly became more distinct and remenent, with each stride. The robe swung back and forth almost in slow motion as she reached it. She extended her arm toward this possibly life saving object. Before it all turned around. A heavy hand snatched the back of her neck, effectively cutting off her air supply. The fingers dug into her flesh and she felt the prints burrow into their posts not letting go. A strong sweep of a very muscled leg swept her feet from under her, and she quickly began her decent to the forest bed below. The wind flung her hair back as she landed with a terrific smack. Her temples landed on a collection of rocks, and her torso smacked a lump of tree trunk on her way down knocking the breath out of her lungs, leaving her fighting for air. Her eyes were clouded by her sight of grasses and decaying materials, but she didn't need to see to know who it was.
"I finally captured you, wretch. You have no idea how much trouble you put meh through." A voice very calm, cold, and very hostile purred. A disgusted smirk graced her lips as she replied. "Oh really, I am sry, didn't want to take away your time of torture, what ever was I thinking!" A palm grabbed the back of her skull and burrowed her face into the soil, effectively gagging her. "Oh, so difficult, you are my dear Erica." The voice purred "I would just kill you now, but sadly I have much bigger plans for you." Erica felt the rancid breath in her ear as the voice lowered down and whispered in her ear coldly. "What makes you think I'll do anything you want me to!?" Erica mumbled into the soil. Everything was quiet. "If I can Just keep him talking that will give Vepear more time to get to Phantom." Erica thought to herself. She was just thinking of some more things to insult her captor with. How badly he smells, how self centered he is, how he kills kittens in his free time. There was so many thing Erica could use. She opened her mouth to continue insulting her captor, but her speech was cut off. Erica let out a loud scream of pain and desperation, as a strong current of electricity again rampaged threw her body.
