Morning Cuddles- Takeukai

Ukai opened his eyes as he felt the early morning light hit his face through the curtains. He yawned before looking down at the person in his arms and all the feelings of happiness and glee flooded back too him.

Last night he had finally proposed and Takeda was no longer his boyfriend but his fiance. He was still feeling emotional from the excitement of it all. If he was being honest, he felt like screaming but it was 8:30am on a Sunday and he didn't want too wake up his love.

He snuggled back under the covers and pulled Takeda closer too his chest, slightly playing with a strand of hair that was covering his face.

The teacher 's face was so peaceful when he slept. It brought him so much joy too see him sleeping so well. He knew teaching was a stressful job and Takeda spent a lot of nights staying up marking papers or planning lessons so him sleeping so peacefully was a nice sight.

He played there for a while, holding his fiance close and tight, never wanting too let go and ruin the moment. After about ten minutes, Takeda woke up.

"Good morning specs." He said as Takeda pulled him closer.

"Morning dear." The teacher replied and muzzled his face into Ukai's neck.

"Guess what." Ukai whispered .

"What is it?" Takeda asked back.

"We're gonna get married." He replied back with a big grin on his face.

Takeda giggled.

"I know. It feels odd but right. Like nothing's changed and yet it's still different."

" Woah specs that's deep. "

Takeda lightly slapped his back.

"Don't tease me! It's all just too exciting I can't put it in words properly."

Ukai just bought Takeda too face him and gave him a kiss on the forehead.

"I know. I'm excited too. I get what you mean. It just feels like woah but it's right." He said.

"Maybe this is how Hinata feels all the time. I do feel all bwah inside." Takeda joked making Ukai giggle .

"I just never thought when I unofficially started coaching your team that i'd meet such and amazing and inspirational human being. I know we always regret that might where we got drunk and may have messed around a little but if you think about it, if that didn't happen, we wouldn't be here now. Enjoying this moment together. Being engaged too eachother." Ukai said.

"Now look he's being deep. But yeah I agree. I'm kinda glad I basically stalked you and begged you too coach the team now. It's a good job I'm persistent huh?" 

"I'm glad you did too you creep."

They both laughed and bought eachother back into a hug. This was the beginning of a whole new chapter of their lives and boy were they excited

I hope you enjoyed. It's a little short but I really enjoyed writing this. Also this is kind of a prequel too the second version of he's my husband I suppose. They mention exactly how they say they started dating in that so if you haven't read it it'll probably make a bit more sense of you go back too that chapter and give it a quick read.
