"ANIKA!"

Shivaay ran towards the door to find Anika but stumbled and stopped in his tracks when he heard a voice.

"Chhodo mujhe warna kaan pe yeh laal chappal zor ki padege aur ssssannnn karke awaaz aayegi!" (Who remembers this scene??)

"Aye!" Charlie yelled.

"AYE!"

Anika yelled back at Charlie, who pushed her towards the hall. She looked ahead and her eyes widened seeing Shivaay. She walked up to him and he held her from her shoulders.

Shivaay stammered, "An...Anika t..t..tum yaha...

"Shivaay yeh kya ho raha? Main ghar pe thi aur Buaji mujhe yahaan le aayi. Aayi toh dekha aur suna aapki doosri shaadi ho rahi aur dulhan Svetlana hain." Anika asked.

"Anika, tumne jo bhi dekha sab kuch ek naatak tha. Bua ke paas hum dono ke parents ke khilaaf saboot the. Svetlana aur maine yeh plan banaya, shaadi ka naatak kiya taaki tumhara papa begunha saabit ho sake. Anika gasped. "Kya bol rahe..."

Anika cupped Shivaay's face. "Shivaay, shaant..."

"Anika Roop Bua ne tumhe kaha yeh shaadi asli hain likin yeh shaadi nakli hain. Tum meri biwi ho, meri jaan ho..."

Anika was concerned by Shivaay's continuous ranting as she could feel his pulse racing and hear his heart hammering against his chest. He wasn't hearing her over his own words so Anika craned her neck and put her lips on top of his. The shock silenced him.
She knew she wasn't going to hear the end of it from the family but in that moment, she only focused on tenderly kissing her husband till she could feel him being responsive. They pulled away and she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Kitna bolte hain aap. Shaant ho jaayiye." Anika said.

OmRu looked at Anika with amazement. "Bhabhi!!!"

Anika sternly glared at them and threatened, "Muh mat kholna apna."

OmRu did the action of zipping their lips.

Anika held Shivaay's hand and tenderly spoke, "Shivaay, aapko mujhe koi safai dene ki zaroorat nahi hain. Aapne mujhe bola, maine maan liya."

"Tum naraaz nahi ho..?" Shivaay asked almost hesitantly.

"Haan hoon. Naraaz hoon ki aap itna bada kadam utha rahe the aur aapne mujhe bataya hi nahi. Is chakkar mein aapki dil ki dhadkan mujhe baahar tak sunayi de rahi thi. Likin gusse se zyaada, *emotional* aapke liye jo mere dil mein pyaar, izzat aur bharosa hain; laakh guna bad gaya. Main jaanti hoon aap yeh sab mere papa ki begunhahi saabit karne ke liye kar rahe hain."

"To...toh tum mujhse naf...nafrat..."

Anika kept her finger on his lips and nodded a no.

"Kabhi nahi. Mujhe aap par poora bharosa hain. *lowers her eyes* Ek pal ke liye mera bharosa dagmagaya tha likin phir main samajh gayi ki aap mere Shivaay hain. Aur mere Shivaay na koi galat kaam karenge, na galt ka saath denge. *pauses* Waise mere paas aapke liye kuch hain."
