Ramaru doesn't mind biting people but he prefers blood bags. He doesn't really like feeding from live people because he might overdrink. He is afraid of overdrinking and hurting you. If he grows the courage to drink from you he would take care of you and make sure he didn't harm you too badly. He'll go off and do whatever afterward.
