I woke up early than Avery and Presley this morning because if I'm being honest the girls are too perky for me in the morning. So I decided to get dressed and grab my guitar. I walked through the beautiful forest until a came across the lake when I heard David's voice over the speakers, "Good morning campers it's a beautiful sunny day, everybody up, everybody moving it's time to get this party grovin!"
I sat down my things and started to strum and sing to the song 'If Only',it's a little something I have been working on even though it's not quite done yet. (The song is from Descendants 1 on Disney+ if you wanna watch it!)
"If only I knew what my heart was, telling me. Don't know what I'm feeling. Is this just a dream. O-ohhh. If only I could read the signs in front of me. I could find a way to who I'm meant to be. O-ohhh. If only."
Once I finish I stare out at the lake the sun slowly starting to rise.
"That was beautiful." A voice says from behind me.
I quickly turn around to see Will standing there with a small smile on his face.
"Thanks, I-it was just a little something I tried." I say setting my guitar in it's case.
"Sorry I didn't mean to startle you, but it was really good." Will says. He sounds sincere.
I smile lightly at him, "Thank you, it means a lot. Uh...do you want to join me?"
"I was hoping that you would say that." Will says and takes a seat next to me.
"So, what's a teenage boy doing up this early walking through the forest?" I ask.
"What a teenage girl doing out here alone for?" He asks. We both laugh lightly.
"Um...honestly George is a little too perky for me in the morning." He laughs.
I giggle lightly.
"Um, same actually, but I also like watching when the sun rises. It reminds me of my brother." I say. I look down at my hands and fidget with my fingers.
