Chapter 16: One Night Stand:Raura

Laura's POV

"Ross!" I giggled, "Where are you taking me?!"

Ross' hands were in front of my eyes, not letting me see where he was leading me. We parked about five minutes ago and now he was blocking my view with one hand while his other held mine, helping me get somewhere in the middle of what looked like a forest.

"We're almost there." He said, a few seconds after, he stopped, "ready?"

"Yes!" I squealed. "Move your hand."

He chuckled and removed his hand, letting me see the beautiful view in front of me. It was a little cabin but it was really modern and had roses everywhere.

"Aw Ross! This beautiful!" I smiled back at him.

He laughed and raised an eyebrow, "You think this is all I planned for you? Pffft, Laura this is just the start. Go inside." He whispered into my ear.

Smiling as I walked up to the door, I looked behind me and Saw Ross, motioning me to keep going. I open the door and the inside was beautiful.

I can't even explain.. I was just in pure shock.

"How did you even find this place?" I asked, turning around to see Ross smiling at me.

"An old friend of mine." He chuckled, "You wouldn't mind spending the night in there?" He asked.

"As long as you're there too." I smiled.

"Of course." He chuckled, "Now are you hungry?"

"I could eat something." I smirked.

"Well then follow me, M'lady." He smiled, holding out his hand, I exited the cabin and shut the door, rushing down to grab his hand, we intertwined our fingers and walked down a path in the middle of all the trees.

It was silent as we walked but it was peaceful, we ended up in front of a lake, clear blue water, it was actually beautiful.

"I thought you said we were gonna get food?"

"Oh hun, I've got the food." He chuckled, "Let me help you to it." We walked to what looked like a dock, a canoe in the water with candles and rose petal with a plate of spaghetti.

"No way." I smiled.

"Yes way." He chuckled, he helped me in the canoe and I sat down, he got in after me and unattached the canoe from the dock, letting us float around in the lake.

It was moving slowly but it was peaceful and romantic, he pulled out two forks from behind him and handed me one. "Here you go." He smiled.

I gladly took the fork out of his hand and smiled, "This is really sweet, Ross." I smiled, watching him twirl spaghetti around his fork. "How did you have time to plan all this?" I asked, now digging into the food myself.

"When you were sleeping." He chuckled.

"You use to stay up and plan this?" I asked.

"Yea, but just the past three days." He smiled.

"Well thank you." I chuckled, after swallowing the chewed up food.

"My pleasure. I'd do anything for you." He winked at me. "You have a little something on your cheek." He said.

"What is it??" I asked,

"Spaghetti sauce."

I rolled my eyes playfully and reached for a napkin,

"I'll clean it off for you." He smiled, grabbing the napkin and gently wiping the sauce off my cheek. After it was clean, he left a small kiss.

"Care for some sparkling cider?" He asked, dropping his fork and holding up the bottle.

"A glass would be acceptable." I chuckled, he smiled at me.

"what?" I asked, "do I have more spaghetti sauce on my face?"

"No, you're just beautiful." He said.

I smiled, causing my cheeks to burn a light pink.

He gave me a glass half full of champagne while his was the name, "don't worry. It's only two percent alcohol." He chuckled.

"Okay, I wanna say something." I said raising up my glass.

"Go ahead." He smiled, raising his up too.

"I want to thank you for being with me, putting up with me sometimes and loving me the way you do, A year ago I would've never thought a one night stand would lead me to loving you as much as I do. I love you Ross, happy one year anniversary."

"I love you too Laura, happy one year anniversary." And our glasses clinked and we had a sip. And we both looked at each other with a disgusted face, we both leaned over the canoe and spit it out.

"Well that was disgusting." He said, wiping his mouth with a napkin.

"UHG! I know!" I laughed, setting the cup beside me. "The water looks nice. Wanna swim?"

"I was just gonna ask the same thing." He chuckled, taking off his shirt. I took mine off leaving me in my white lace bra, watching him take off his jeans, I slid down mine and kicked off my converse watching him do the same. Now both of completely in just our undergarments.

He grabbed my hand and we looked down, both jumping into the water.

"Oh my goodness!" I said, rising up from under water. "It's so cold!"

Ross chuckled, running his hand threw his hair, "It's nice." He swam over to me and wrapped his arms around my bare naked waist.

"You're nice." I chuckled, wrapping my arms around his neck.

"I beg to differ." He smiled, pressing his lips against mine. "What would you do if a crocodile just swam up to us right now?" He asked, mumbling on my lips.

I clung onto him, "Ross!" I groaned, "Don't say that."

"What would you do?" He chuckled.

"I'd do what any normal person would do, I would scream for my life."

"Even if I saw here to protect you."

"Ross you get scared when your mom calls you, I'm pretty sure if there was a crocodile about to eat us, you'd be the first to scream and swim away."

"That's so not true." He frowned.

"AHHH ROSS THERES A CROCODILE!" I screamed pointing behind him.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He screamed his girly scream, he grabbed my waist and was about to start swimming before I broke into laughter.

"LAURA!" He screamed, "THAT WASNT FUNNY!"

I had to clutch my stomach, "Yea actually, yea it was."

"You suck." He said, sticking out his tongue.

"Thank you." I smiled.

"What do you say we dry off and head to that little cabin?" He whispered huskily, running his hands up and down my sides.

I breathed, "Yea," I smirked, "Let's go."

I AM SO SORRRYYY I MADE YOU GUYS WAIT SO LONG FOR THIS AND I LEFT A CLIFFHANGER! I have been sick with a sinus infection for the past 5 days and I just feel awful 😭😭 but I'm really trying to update for you guys since I didn't go to school today I won't be going tomorrow since I have doctors appointment!
