Laura's POV

"STOP!" I screamed at my mom who was accusing Ross of this traumatizing experience.

Ross' eyes widened, And Parker's did as well..

"Don't you dare blame Ross for this." I said through gritted teeth as i walked up closer to My mother. "It wasn't his fault, you know that! Why are you being so mean to him?! I love him mom and no matter how many times you tell me stop, I can't! Ross is apart of me! I need him to make me happy! I love Ross, and he loves me! You can't get rid of him and throw him out my life, . Because if you try. You're getting rid of me too."

"Laura - Ross is dangerous!" My mom said.

"Dangerous?"

"Laura we want to keep you safe because we love you." She said reaching for my hands.

"Ross is the one keeping me safe! Not you! Once you kicked Ross out of our house, you never gave a damn about me! Mom, I was so close to killing myself! Ross is the love of my life! He's the only one that ever gave me attention in my own damn house!"

"Laura you don't have to keep sticking up for me.." Ross whispered to me.

"Laura he doesn't love you! He just wants sex!" Ellen said glaring at Ross.

"THATS WHERE YOU'RE DEAD WRONG!" Ross yelled angrily. "I'm a nineteen year old guy, Ellen! Your daughter is seventeen, I love Laura for her. I don't want her for sex as you're assuming! I want her because she's amazing! Remember when you told me that I needed to find a girl and start a family with soon! What if I want that to be with your daughter? Ellen, Damiano, even you Parker since you're my best friend - I love Laura more than I can ever say in words. And if you don't believe me and choose not to accept me, then that's not my problem."

"We will never accept you." My said bitterly. "Stay away from our daughter, you dirty rapist." And my mom reached for me again, I stepped back.

"You get rid of Ross, you get rid of me." I whispered loud enough for them to hear.

"Laura, do what your heart says." Parker whispered to me. "Stay with Ross."

I looked back to see Ross with watery eyes as he whispered to himself, ' I'm not a rapist..I'm not a rapist ' ., I knew what I was going to do..

"Laura, we're your family." My mom said, "I'm your mother! Get back here right now!" She said now furious.

"No!"

"Maybe you should go with Ross." My dad snickered, "I don't want a whore as a daughter. Ever since this blonde came into your life. You stopped being my little girl."

"I stopped being your little girl when you didn't let me anymore." I said, my eyes watery.

"Did you just call your own daughter a whore? What the fuck is wrong with you?" Ross was now clenching his fists.

"Ross calm down. Please." I begged.

"Laura, you choose here. Right now. Parker, Your father and I, or Ross. If you choose Ross. Pick up your bags later, and never ever speak to us again." My mom said leaving me alone with Ross and Parker since My dad followed her.

"Laura don't worry. Choose who you want too. Moms being a cruel evil person. I'm not staying with her much longer anyways. I'm moving to Canada Soon to stay with Vanessa."

"But Parker promise me." I said, "Always be my big brother?"

"Always Laura. But you always need to be my annoying little sister." He said smiling as he wrapped his arms around me.
