Kyle's POV
I run into the hospital Darcy following close behind we run up to the room dad texted me and burst through the door to find dad sitting in the seat beside mum in the hospital bed
“mum what's wrong?” I ask a little worried I feel Darcy take my hand
“oh nothing much just a broken arm is all” mum says smiling a little I look to dad to looks away sheepishly
“dad what did you do?” I ask knowing he would most likely be feeling very guilty right now
“uh well your mum playfully punched me so I started tickling her and she fell off the bed” he says going a little red, I try not to laugh as the doctor comes in
“well Crystal just try not to get that cast wet or hit it too hard and it should heal come back in a month to get it off and it should be good” he says before walking out, dad helps mum out of the bed and she hugs me and then Darcy congratulating us on everything
“ok you two dinner at my house” dad says dragging us out the door.
~~~2 months later~~~
I stand at the end of the aisle waiting for Darcy to walk down, I have Larry and Robert next to me while lexy and Taylor slowly make their way towards us with Ella in front all but running towards me before lexy leads her to her spot, I try not to laugh but soon stop as Darcy starts walking towards me, she looks beautiful in her dress even with her baby bump, time moves faster and before long we both say I do and I take my beautiful wife’s face in my hands and gently kiss her wishing Sarah could be by my side but knowing she is smiling down on me.
I feel a hand tug on my pants and look down to see Ella smiling up at me, I pick her up and rest her on my side
“she is happy for you Kyle I can see her she’s smiling” Ella says hugging me, I look at my little sister shocked
“who are you talking about Ella?” I ask already having an idea of who
“Sarah I can see her she is right next to you always has been Kyle she is your guardian angel” Ella says pointing to the spot next to me, I feel a tear drop slid down my cheek as Sarah becomes visible
“Sarah?” I ask a little shocked
“yes Kyle it’s me and Ella is right I am so happy for you and proud of you, you are living your life the right way, I have been by your side this whole time Kyle watching out for you and don’t worry I plan on watching over your child as well please don’t cry Kyle I'm here I always have and will be” she says hugging me, I can feel her as if she had never left
“how is this possible?” I ask her still shocked
“I have the power to do this once and I picked now so I can tell you how proud I am and how everything is going to turn out right I will always be here Kyle you may not be able to see me but I am here right by your side and soon to be by your child’s side” she says stepping back and smiling at me
“also Kyle before I go because I have to I've been here too long make sure you keep watching over Ella like you have been and stop blaming yourself for what happened I love you but I need to go live happy Kyle” she says before fading away, I stand shocked with Ella by my side before going back in to find my wife.
