"Here they come," Alex says from where she is sitting beside Brian on the hood of the evo. Alex had contacted Darden and Korpi from Verone's test, to race Brian and Rome for their cars.
"Fonzie and Fabio. Glad you can join us," Rome says as he, Brian, and Alex walk over to Darden, Korpi, and their women.
"We heard you boys wanted to get rid of those CrackerJack toys," Darden says with a smirk.
"No. Actually we just figured those cars you got deserved better drivers, which is why we're gonna take 'em off your hands," Brian retorts while smirking at them.
"You know, why don't we settle this now?" Korpi says as he steps forward.
"Wait, wait. How about we settle this on the blacktop, huh?" Tej asks as he stands between them.
"Each car does it down and back, tag-team style for slips," Alex explains the terms.
"Loser walks home," Suki adds as she glares at the men.
"We came to race," Korpi states.
"Well, load 'em up then," Tej tells them.
"Come on, bro. Let's get these cars," Brian says as he, Rome, and Alex start walking over to their cars. "All right, check it out. There's no way we are gonna beat these guys straight up. The Hemi's puttin' out about 425 and that Yenko will snap a speed on about five seconds flat. We're gonna have to pull somethin' out of our ass."
"The only thing I can think of is save the spray for the way back, the return trip," Alex says causing Brian to nod.
"Done deal," Rome says before he and Brian bro hug.
"All right. Let's do this, bro," Brian tells him.
"I'm gettin' that orange one," Rome says before getting into his car.
"Good luck," Alex says before walking over to Jimmy.
"You ain't ready, Fonzie!" Rome says as he pulls up beside Darden.
"All right. You each got a barrel to go around down at the end of the road. The second wave gotta sit tight till your partner crosses this line right here. First team to go down and back twice wins the race. At which point, the losers will hand over them keys. Otherwise, you'll be eatin' breakfast through straws from now on. Comprende?" Tej explains as he walks between the two cars.
"I get it," Darden tells him.
"Oh, this means you too," Tej says as he looks at Rome.
"I got it," Rome replies.
"A'ight. Let's race," Tej tells them.
"You got this, Rome. Let's do it," Alex and Suki cheer.
"Hey, you gone, homey. I got this. This is done. You about to lose your car," Rome taunts Darden.
"Do it, Rome! Come on. You got it," Jimmy and Suki cheer for Rome.
"You think I'm worried about this fool, man? This is nothin'," Rome asks them before Darden revs his engine.
"Aw, no," Suki says as she looks at Alex worried.
"It's not the car but the driver that wins a race," Alex says with a smile.
"All right, here we go," Tej says as he stand between the two cars.
"It's all right, baby. I'm gonna handle this," Suki tells him as she stands in front of him. "Ready and... go!" Darden easily takes the lead and is the first to come back before Korpi takes off. Rome finally makes it back before Brian takes off. Korpi is on his way back causing Brian to have to think fast. He quickly gets into Korpi's lane causing them to drive towards each other. Korpi moves out of the way at the last second causing him to almost crash. Brian quickly makes his way around the barrel before heading back. Brian hits his NOS quickly catching up to Korpi. They stay neck and neck before Brian shifts one last time, getting ahead of Korpi and winning.
"Y'all ain't ready, homeboy. Get to walkin', Fonzie. Use them bus tokens, partner.!" Rome cheers before getting into the orange car. Alex drives the blue car back to Tej's garage before they get ready to go meet with Verone at the club.

Brian and Rome are by the car as they wait for Alex to finish getting ready. Alex feels completely out of her element as she walks outside in a dress.
"Wow," Brian says as he sees her. She is absolutely stunning.
"Don't get used to it," Alex tells him with a smirk. "Lets get this over with."

"Hey, how you doin'?" Brian says to the security at the door of the club.
"Good. What you need?" The security guard asks.
"We're guests of Mr. Verone's," Alex answers him before he lets them in. Alex takes a different path as she goes to find Monica.

"It's a "hoasis" in here, brah," Rome says with a smile as he looks at all of the girls. "Damn. You got a pen? Phew. It's about to get serious, brah. Look at that girl on the swing right there."
"Hey. You guys did something right. Verone never socializes with hired help," Monica says as she and Alex walk over to the boys.
"Then what's that make you?" Rome asks her causing her to slightly glare at him.
"Where's he at?" Brian asks changing the subject.
"He's on his way," Monica answers him.
"You and Verone don't go everywhere together?" Rome asks her.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Monica asks him offended.
"Nothin'. I'm-a go take a piss," Rome says before walking off.
"You go do that," Monica tells him with an eye roll. "What is his deal?"
"He doesn't trust people that carry badges," Brian answers her.
"I'm going to check if Verone is here," Monica says before walking off.
"So tell me about you and Roman," Alex says as they sit at the bar.
"Yeah. I'd been a cop about two months when Roman was busted in a garage raid. He had eight sets of wheels in his possession, each and every one of them hot," Brian explains causing Alex to see why there was tension between the two.
"So you busted him?" Alex asks him.
"No. I didn't even know what was goin' down. But, uh, that doesn't really matter to him. Basically, once I became a cop, Roman started seeing me as a friend that became the enemy," Brian explains causing Alex to nod in understanding.
"You have a little..." Alex says before dusting a fuzz off of Brian's shirt.
"You look stunning tonight," Brian says causing Alex to smile at him. Rome and Monica then walk over to them. "What's up?"
"He's here, man," Rome tells them.
"Where's he at?" Alex asks him.
"He's over there. Don't look," Rome says before Brian and Alex both look causing Verone to wave at them.
"Excuse me. Mr. Verone would like for you to join him," A hostess says as she walks up to them.
"Let's do it," Monica says before she and Alex follow after the hostess.
