I started sobbing in the waiting room. My baby. She was going to die. I just knew it. The pregnancy and the birth had gone perfect for the triplets. It was just too good to be true.
I cried the whole way home. I know it. She is going to die. I just know it. I kept repeating in the car.
"Hey, stop it. You can't let yourself think that. She is not going to die." Louis said, comforting me.
We went home, and told everybody the news. They all freaked. She was only a few months old. "She was going to be fine. " they all said reassuringly
I didn't believe them. It was too good to be true.
The next day, we got a call from. The doctor. Emma was going to be ok! They gave her antibiotics and she was home with her family now. Where she is supposed to be. I should have believed Lou. Everything was going to be ok.
