The sound of water dripping down down into a smaller puddle on the floor as all that Gabriel could hear. He could see nothing but pitch blackness. He could feel nothing but the tight chains clasped around his wrists, legs, waist, and neck.  He isn't entirely sure how long he has been trapped here, but he knows he hasn't eaten in a long time.  It feels as though days are passed already.
He has been stripped of his clothes and he has large gashes on his body. Drill holes in his shoulders and lashes and whelts all over him colored with a rainbow of black, blue and Purple.
He knows that the last thing he remembers is climbing up the mountain, and then closing his eyes for a brief second and then fighting himself here.  For the longest time all he had heard was nothing but silence.  Yet with the occasional few voices that were mumbled crossing by. But today, today was a little different. He would be getting a visitor.
" Its been a little bit Gabriel. Ya know the last time I saw you, you were trying to kill me at the birthday party " Gabriel looks up and sees nothing but two white tiny dots peering at him from the shadows. " Jack.." Gabriel says in a weakend voice.
" Of course it's me...you knew this was coming. You knew I would get you someday. I may have not gotten to Kara..but that'll happen in time" He smiles devilishly. "  I'm so glad that you're awake now. We've been having so much fun with you over the past few days. And I must say, your body is very durable " Jack claps his hands together for Gabriel, applauding him. " But..we also aren't done playing our games with you. Please, make yourself comfortable. You are not going to be going anywhere anytime soon " Jack backed away into the darkness as large spears jet out from the ceiling and floor, piercing through Gabriel's sides. He finds that he can't scream. His throat burned..which means on some level he had been screaming and doesn't even remember the horrors that had happened so for. But something told him, he would remember it all from this point foward.

Queen Aurora had come up with every excuse she could think of to delay the wedding until today but now she was out of excuses. The excuses ranged from the day being all wrong or that the wedding needed to be prepared properly. " if you are going to get married..you deserve the best wedding" Aurora would always say.
Not so long ago, was concerned for Gabriel. She would have given her own life to make sure that he was safe and now she didn't seem to care at all that he could be hurt. Aurora thought back to the speech about Loyalty Kara gave to her not that long ago. And this made even less sense. This was not her daughter. Whoever this was, this was not Kara. This was not the girl who would give anything and everything for the ones she loved. This was some weird twisted version that only resembled Kara in appearance.
But regardless as to wether she approved or not..Kara was going to marry Pierce today. Aurora knew this had to be some sort of trap. There was some master plan that The Vampires had to have but she just wasn't seeing it clearly. And she had searched her brain over and over again, trying to find eveey single as to why this would happen.

Kara was in her room, trying on her wedding dress that had Aurora help her make. It was beautiful. Completely white, sparkling in the light with a blue washed fade at the bottom. Kara had her done just for this occasion. She wanted to look the best that she could for Pierce. And though Aurora had tried to talk sense into her daughter, Kara was having none of it. She would always either choose to ignore or scream at Aurora. Which led to a pointless argument that never went anywhere. .
And Pierce had a suit made by the fellow towns people who were reluctant to do so but the Queen gave her approval and so they fulfilled his request to his exact demands. Everhthing he wanted, he received. He seemed to put alot of unnecessary thought into the suit in the areas that didn't matter so much. The way the creases would look. The specific fabric that was used. It almost seemed this was done just to inconvenience the workers and not based on preference.

Pierce awaited at the end of a long aisle way. Awaiting his bride to be. The future Queen of the Witches. The future Queen who would unite the Vampires and witches together for the first time in the history of the Underworld. All things considered, this was a momentous event. Nothing like this had ever happened before and would change so many things. For once, maybe there would be peace. But whilst smiling immensely, Kara had been quiet most of the day. She spoke very few words, almost as though she was at a loss for them. But from what anyone could tell, she was happy. The happiest she had been since arriving to the castle.
The ceremony was massive and everyone within the kingdom was required to attend it. Queen Aurora sitting in the front seat, watching over it. Watching her daughter hand her life over to a vampire.  " I do" they both smiled at one another, ignoring the crowd. Made most, have a sick stomach. Everything about it felt so wrong. But before they knew it. The ceremony was over.
They did not exchange rings though which Kara was half expecting. Instead, they went with the traditional Vampiric wedding. Which for thousands of years, meant that instead of rings, they would exchange blood. A knife was brought out by the official over the wedding, a job that Aurora had refused.
Both held out their hands, as a large gashes was opened on each hand, from there, they were instructed to clasps their hands together and allow the blood to mix together. This would be their bond. This would be a symbol of them being together as one. This was the most intimate within Vampiric traditions. After the Ceremony was over, they spent the next several days within the castle, keeping an entire portion locked off just for them. And this, this was unbearable for Aurora. But what could she do? This is what her daughter wanted. This is what she insisted upon.
