"Mud Brother"

"Hello brother"

-Damon Salvatore

"Oh, sorry, we were about to knock." A burly man is standing in the driveway. About 11 men in black gear stand behind him. Some are holding huge shields while others are holding large guns.  "Who the hell are you?" Lizzie sounds bored. "Name's Burr. Triad Industries." What kind of name is that and he works for Triad. Is he stupid? Why would he come here? He stares at us with hate and I get annoyed so I decided to put him in his place. "Propellere." I move my hands up expecting the men to go flying but nothing happens.

"I got this." Kaleb puts his bag down and runs towards the men but he stops abruptly. The smell of burning flesh fills the air along with a sizzling sound. Kaleb whimpers. I look around to see if anyone's got an idea. "What you don't got is magic. Which is why your daylight ring won't work. And what we have are stakes, wolfsbane, and other things." He holds his hands out. "So I think you should invite us inside."

Hope POV

I'm sick of these Malivore monsters. There had been disgusting ones and horrid ones as well. Today we had a merman, how lovely. Today is going to be easy, all I had to do was trap him and keep him in a fire for long enough for him to die. We knew that it was lurking around the school trying to find where we hid the dagger. So we set a trap. We planted the dagger in the Old Mill and I would be waiting for the moment when it walked into the Old Mill. I would then toss the dagger outside of a barrier I would make and boom, captured.

Everything went according to plan and by noon we had killed the monster. The day was going great until I overheard a conversation between Jade and Josie. I had been walking back from the showers when I passed an empty classroom. "She doesn't have to know." I froze as I recognized that voice. Jade. "No, Jade. I'm not going on a date with you. I'm in a perfectly stable relationship that doesn't need to be ruined by you." I smile, that's my girl. But my pride was quickly replaced by anger. How dare Jade suggest a secret affair with my girlfriend. "Even though I used to have feelings for you, I don't anymore." My smile fades as I hear her words. My insecurity started rising and my breathing became erratic.

"But, Jade. I'm happy with Hope and Penelope and I'll never leave them." I freeze after hearing Jo talk. She's happy with me and she'll never leave me. My breathing steadied out and I decided to show myself. "It's good to hear that Jo cause I'm happy with you too." They both whirl around when they hear my voice. I walk over to Jo and sling my arm around her shoulder. I put my hand on the side of her face and lean in to kiss her in front of Jade. Her lips are soft and warm as she melts into the kiss. Her eyes are closed and her hands pull at my hair. My hands trail down her back and I'm in slight awe seeing how well our bodies fit together.

I pull away to take a breath and both our faces are flushed. She's panting and I chuckle at how out of breath she is. I look around realizing that Jade had left while we were making out. "That's one way to get her to leave the room." I smile as I say, "I didn't kiss you just to make her leave." I smirk and I start trailing kisses down her neck. I bite down on her skin and she lets out a soft moan. I smooth the skin over with my tongue and I continue leaving marks down her neck.
