Nothing completed,
Nothing new,
Distant fireworks,
Pots and pans,
Celebration, hopeful thinking,
Wishing for another day,
Though very unlikely I'd change a thing.
Hazy mind,
Time sinking
Down a drain,
Until next time,
I expect the same.
