Walking home I decided not to tell anyone about Captain America in the alleyway. I walked home and saw that the house was empty, at least that's what I thought. I walked into my bedroom to put my bag away and heard the water from the bathroom sink running. It couldn't have been mum because she was still at work and she didn't finish until five. I didn't know what to do so I grabbed one of the heaviest books that I have and slowly crept towards the bathroom. I peeked around the corner to see who it was and saw Captain America drying his hands.

I turned around the corner to talk to him. "OMG, how did you get in here? And how did you know that this was my apartment?" I asked him.

"There are many different ways to find people when you're an Avenger." He said. I guess he did have a point with that.

"What are you doing here?" I didn't want to be rude so I added "sir."

"Well, I know your mum isn't going to be home for a few hours still so I thought I would come and answer all of your questions, and I guess the first thing that I could tell you is that you don't have to keep calling me sir."

"Oh, ok."

"So, what questions do you have for me?"

"Um, so many. Why were you watching me in the alley earlier?"

"That's a long story."

"I have time, as you said, my mum won't be home for a few hours."

He looked at me and smirked. "I like you. If you really want to know you might want to sit down, this may take a while."

Just at that moment, I realised how rude I had been. Captain America is in my living room and I hadn't even asked him if he wanted a drink or something.

"Um, would you like a drink or something to eat?"

"No thanks, I'm all good. Now as I was saying. . ."

So just to sum up what he said, there was this thing called the Sokovia Accords, which is thing registration where the government keeps an eye on superhuman like people such as the avengers so that they won't hurt anyone and Tony Stark wants to sign it but Steve doesn't. S o he's rounding up super people that he knows and wants to start some sort of team that will stand for right cause Tony Stark always has to do the right thing.

"I completely agree with you, people like us shouldn't be supervised, we're, well, your adults, you can look after yourselves."

"Thank you. So, are you in?"

"Yes of course."

"Ok, well that's good. This is the design of the suit that I thought would work with you."

The suit was a gorgeous black and red hoodie with a black spider covering the front. There's a red mask that looks like the mask that Spider-Man has. So that must be who Stark was designing the suit for.

"Do you know anyone that Stark has recruit?" I asked him, curious to know who we were up against.

"Not who he's recruited, but the teammates that agreed to sign it was Tony, obviously, Rhodey and Nat was in the middle, though I think Tony convinced her to sign it."

"I think I might know someone that he recruited."

"Really, and how would you know that?"

"Well, there is this new hero with the same powers as me and well, the suit that Tony was creating is about. You know, I'm not just a pretty face."

"I didn't say that."

"You implied it."

"Anyway, your thinking the hero is some sort of spider man?"

"That's exactly what I'm saying, and also, that's pretty much what he calls himself, basic but easy."

"What? Spider-Man?"

"Yeah."

"Wow, ok. That's someone we have to look out for. What do you say, would you like to join us?"

"Sure! I mean, what's the worse that could happen?"

"Maybe we shouldn't go down that road."

"Yeah, good idea."

"I think I should get going now, your mum's going to be home soon." He said walking towards the door. Just before he walked out of it, he turned around to face me again. "Do you have a passport?"

What an odd question, I thought to myself.

"Um yeah, having your mum work for S.H.I.E.L.D, you have to move around a bit. New York City is the longest I've been in one place."

"Alright, well I hope you stay here. I'll call you with what's going to happen."

"Ok, thank you. It was nice to meet you, in-depth this time."

He walked out the door and the only thing that I could think of was how I was going to fight, and for a good reason too. I mean, I might even become an Avenger for this. Another thing that was constantly on my mind was that I don't know how to fight. Out of all these people that I'm going to fight against, I am not going to know how to do any of this, so I'm going to have to practice, you can't just go somewhere with Captain America and not know how to fight. I'm also gonna have to come up with a lie to tell to mum why I'm going overseas.

10 minutes later

I'm working on the list of lies that I could tell mum when I hear the keys in the door. I hastily went to hide the list in a spot in my room which is where I hide all of my new superhero stuff.
