chapter 52

////(p.s. i might not be able to make two updates today because of super bad weather conditions here but also i might extend this ff for a day or two so now my ff will end on either Monday or Tuesday as per the story line )////

The rest of the day was pretty normal for Jasmin as she cooked food and some snacks for Aly and she also texted Aly but she didn't get a single reply so she decided to sleep and on the other hand Aly was too busy even he could not reply to a single text Jasmin had sent him.

Finally it was 3: 30 in the afternoon when Aly decided to head back home

Aly reached his apartment and rang the bell. He took out his phone and started scrolling down his texts when he found out an ocean of texts from Jasmin asking him about random stuffs and telling him that she missed him. Aly put the phone back in the pocket and rang the bell again but still no response

Aly's p.o.v

Soo many texts from her. Thank god my phone didn't hang. She almost texted me every minute until the last two hours. I had rang the bell once but she didn't open so I rang it again, with every passing minute I was getting impatient now. I rang the bell continuous for three four times continuously even banged the door hard. My mind was now clouding with numerous thoughts and I am sweating badly right now. I kept banging the door hard and called her name almost screamed her name but still no responses. This was it for me I decided to break open that door when I heard the door lock opening. Slowly the door opens and I see her standing in front of me cutely rubbing her eyes.

Aly: what were you doing? I have been banging the door since forever – he said storming inside the room

Jasmin: I was just sleeping – she said rubbing her eyes and yawning

Aly: is it a time to sleep? – he scolded her

Jasmin: I was just taking a nap like everyday

Aly: do you have any idea how worried I got , do not repeat this ever again – he said sternly

Jasmin: ok now calm down and freshen up – she said casually

Aly: I am being serious right now – he said tightly holding her arms

Jasmin looked at his worried intense eyes

Jasmin: relax, I am fine now – she said calming him

Aly: you have no idea how much worried I was – he said cupping her face

Jasmin: I am fine, when you are there nothing will happen to me – she said hugging him and Aly hugged her back

Jasmin could feel his thumping heart no wonder it was beating fast probable because Aly was too worried and tensed for her.

Jasmin: you go freshen up and get ready I will heat the delicious snacks I have made just for you

Aly nodded positively and left after placing a small kiss on her forehead

After a while Aly returned all dressed up for the part and sat on the sofa. He was wearing a grey and black suit with neatly combed hairs and he looked no less than a handsome hunk. Aly looked around for Jasmin but his eyes caught the attention of a note with some snacks in the glass table in front.

Aly: have these I am getting ready for the party so that we don't get late, please don't be worried – he read the note and felt a bit relieved. Aly started munching on to the snacks

In Arijit's residence

Arijit: so you are attending the party today?

Person: of course, the party is incomplete without me – he said chuckling

Arijit: make sure Jasmin doesn't sticks of that Aly much

Person: relax dude, she will be yours anyway

Arijit: do as I say and don't taunt me

Person: I wasn't taunting you, I was just stating facts

Arijit: just do home much you are paid to do . Don't act smart – he said angrily

Person: fine

Arijit: now aren't you getting late for the party? Hurry up and leave

Person: yes, I will call you when the party is over

Arijit: don't make any mistakes, tomorrow is our big day

Person: yes, I will be super careful

Back at Aly's apartment,

It was 4:30 in the evening

Aly: we have exactly half hour to reach the office on time – he said shouting

Jasmin: five minutes – she said shouting from inside the room

Aly: that you have been saying for the last half hour – he shouted back

Jasmin: just have some patience – she replied back

Aly heard the door opening and he checked the time in his wrist watch

Aly: we have exactly 20 minutes to .... – he wasn't able to complete his sentence as he was in awe seeing Jasmin so perfectly dressed for the party.

Jasmin was wearing a black mermaid party gown and her hairs were tied into a perfect messy bun and her glittering makeup and cherry blush lipstick made her face look angelic.

Jasmin: how am I looking – she asked confused

Aly took a step forward.....
