We are the lost generation
Forced to fix a world we don't understand
Many of us will struggle to be middle class
Still obeying the system we tell to kiss our ass
Because we all represent the same brand
Work your way to the top
Build the pyramid where those in power will knock you down
So many will quit when they realize to try is futile
And those who enforce the law use methods that are brutal
So the question is, who are they protecting now?
We live in a society of self destruction
Where the innocent will die fighting it
We've built a world on the bible's sins
And we're getting closer to caving in
I'm not proud of a world that's gone to shit
If anything, I've had enough of it
